Very nice, food was great, got a extremely small price of glass in my drink or food and not one manager came to see me when we gave it to the server. But other than that it was a great experience.

Attended a rehearsal dinner in new rear room. The dining experience was lacking for multiple reasons. The first, our attendee did not staff the party properly, 2 waitresses request for the party of ~50 and only one was present. Every time you ordered a drink the waitress had to walk all the way to the front bar to retrieve resulting in very long wait times for the party. The second the buffet line was not kept up in two ways, the first there were not enough plates and the second being the food was not ready by the time requested and was not replenished in time. The third reason was that we were told that we had paid for and reserved a private area for our event. This was not the case we were colocated with 2 other large dinner parties, which made the formal thank you and speeches a bit challenging. The fourth and final reason is the crane room representative. This representative proceeded to argue with us over how many plates, waitresses and delays in drink orders instead of attempting to rectify the situation.
In short - I would most definitely not recommend the crane room if you are looking to host a private party.response / report this review -

Nice relaxing dining area in the bar. Prices seem fairly reasonable. Food came out quick. It was presented nicely, well portioned and tasty. Will definitely consider a return visit.

Had the lobster boil. It was over cooked and lobster and shrimp were tough. No lemons on platter. That was the first bad meal I have ever gotten there. I guess I will get a burger if we return. Waitress nice told her about lobster and shrimp and she stated I will tell the cook. Payed for platter but have had lobster many places. Would not recommend it if it's a special.

Great service. Food was delicious. Quick service for being very busy. Many gluten free options available. They have a separate fryer for GF items. They even had a GF pizza on special recently. Very clean. Literally the only negative is the layout of the building. The main dining area is very narrow and the way the tables are set up, you usually have to suck it in to slip into your seat. Still well worth a visit.

The friendly Hostess seated us at a clean, comfortable booth as soon as we walked in. The waitress and trainee were friendly, courteous, and extremely enthusiastic! The appetizers came out very quickly and they looked and tasted good. Unfortunately, that's where the good part of this review ends. We ordered our Wings very, Very, VEry, VERy, VERY well done, "CRISPY". I saw the server circle and underline "very well done" on his order ticket. The wings came out way too quickly, only minutes after the appetizers; and they looked delicious. Deep fried food is generally too hot to eat the minute it reaches your table, but this was not the situation here. These wings were warm at best, they weren't chewy, but definitely were not crispy. It wasn't rubber chicken, but they weren't prepared the way that we ordered them. And, they had very little flavor to speak of. I should have sent them back, but it had been a very long day. Also, I hated to dampen the enthusiasm of the wonderful young man that was waiting on us. He and the young lady that was training him were the the only thing that made this meal palatable. The price was very affordable with half price appetizers. But nothing could make up for those cool, limp, bland chicken wings.

Always good food and drinks. Used to go here every Thursday for Wing Night and $5 tall drafts. Their Crane Sauce might be the best wing sauce I've ever had.
