  WARNING!!! Do NOT allow LAURA BUCKLEY to touch you!! She had horrendous feminine odor, referred to an autistic child as "a retard", and bragged about sleeping with a married man!!! She is a horrible person!!!!

  I went to casals canfield location to get my hair dyed. I arrive to my appointment and was taken in quickly which was nice, but I sit in the chair and I haven't even taken my hair out of a ponytail yet and the lady is already telling me that she can't add a lighter color (which is what I wanted) because of the previous dye job I had) I knew going in that it night be a process but it can be done. The lady told me that if she were to put a lighter color or bleach in my hair that it would smoke and burn off. So she said she would only do a dark color on me until all of the dye grew out of my hair. She just looked at me and didn't offer me any other options like she was just ready for me to leave. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Don't go here if you want more than just a simple dye because apparently that's asking too much. So i called around and head exactly what I wanted and exactly what the girl said I couldn't have done do my hair, done. And it looks great. No smoking and no hair falling out. Id much rather give my money to someone honest and willing to work for their money.

  Loree is very knowledgeable and is the best Pilates instructor I have came across. She works with your body, not against it, to give you the most complete fitness program possible. Her background and years of experience set her apart from the rest. Highly recommend her!

  I love going to Casal's to get a cut/style. The front desk assistants are always quick and polite, and there's nothing better than the scent of Aveda products. I have been going to Lorin K. for 10+ years, and she is hands down the best - friendly, honest, and knowledgeable with excellent technique/skill. I highly recommend her!

  💖 the mini relaxing massage before getting my hair coloredeveryone is always so friendly and helpful. The little "extras" that are included and offered are nice ,but it's also the attention and care that the person working on you actually gives you!!!

  I love the salon and used to love the spa. But they massages have gotten crapy. It is nice clean and I'd say at least 80% of staff is welcoming

  I was at Casal's earlier today (the plaza/by maria's restaurant) and the service was absolutely amazing. i was greeted by aroma scents which smelled amazing, and a very nice front desk lady. i'm only 13 (i went for a facial because i have acne and really dry skin) but they treated me like any other of their older clients. they offered me a water at the front as well. for me, they put my feet in a nice subtle warm water bath and i filled out a short paper on my skin type. then an employee came in with 3 different scents and asked which i would like the most to smell throughout my experience. then she guided me to my room (which you lay on a heated bed!) and left me to take off my robe and get settled. the steam wasn't too furious and nothing hurt. definitely would come back!

  I don't understand how any hair dresser can be proud of the hair styles of channel 27 newscasters. Their hair looks terrible..Flatlifeless And dry. What kind of styling do you encourage? It looks so amateurish. And it always looks uneven. PLEASE I BEG OF YOU! TAKE A SECOND LOOK! PLEASE!
