For the price it was alright. The walls were poorly painted, the carpet was coming up, the shower's tub was peeling, there was a hole in the wall, chips on the paint Plus the floor wasn't cleaned. We weren't even sure the SHEETS were clean.

BUT!

The staff was really nice. So that's a plus!

This place makes the saying DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. So true the pictures of the hotel look so freaking nice but when you get there, it's a shocker but the best surprise is what waits for you in the rooms. The beds make a lot of noise some sound as if the bed is about to break, then the coffee makers are missing the pots, no towel are in the bathrooms, mold on the bathroom walls. Yuck.

Didn't feel safe, the window didn't have a lock on it. The window pane didnt fit inside the frame. Had to replace room key 3 times, the door card reader didn't work. SMOKERS smoke was coming in thought space in window also A.C. vent. Triggered health issues for us both. This was after moving from the 1st room, which didn't have A.C.

First off I will never stay there again, place was very noisy. Not only noise from the traffic but the people that were staying there had no respect for their fellow overnighters. There was drinking in the parking lot, pounding on doors, loud talking in the hall ways. One drunk was trying to enter our room with someones card key. Didn't fall asleep until after 2 AM. The king bed was comfortable, sheets probably could be upgraded. Carpet was full of ripples, need to be stretched. Wood shims under the TV cabinet to keep it stable. The bath tub had dark stains on the bottom, looks like management tried painting the bottom but the paint was peeling revealing the ugly stain. There were only two towels. Continental breakfast was a complete joke, what an embarrassment to the management. Overall it was the worst night I have ever experienced in a hotel. Go someplace else. you will be glad you did.

Great value price for a decent and clean room. Deposit is only $50 in cash which is better than the usual $100 at most hotels. Room wad surprisingly clean and check-out was just as fast as check-in.

Nice cheap hotel, we booked the same day had no problem, the lady in reception was nice and helpful , our room was clean and accommodating , the carpet could use some cleaning , but overall very satisfied , will come back

Staff damaged our vehicle. Keys were down for three days and staff had to open our door. We came in. At 1 am and no one was answering us for 5 mins. My boyfriend shook the door and a employee came out half awake yelling why we shook he door giving us nasty looks he then walked out to open our door and ignored our questions in when they would be fixed walked away giving us disgusted looks. My boyfriend did get angry and started yelling; who wouldn’t. Employee then called the room and said we had to check out tomorrow, my boyfriend asked for A manager and he said “you’re not speaking to a manager only the f***ing police” the next day I called for the manager and was told he would be in at 10. Went to eat breakfast and our tires capes on the fork were missing with the air out, spit was on our window and scratches on the back. They refused to show us cameras and called the police. The police took our side and agreed they took out air out and say the other damaged and called a free tow for us and them to sign a paper about a refund. The still refused to shout us cameras. Police can they it since it is the hotels property. The manager threatened to fight my boyfriend for getting mad his employee destroyed our vehicle. Police want us to take legal action as well.

Walked in first thing I saw was a cockroach. Very disgusting. Walked right out. Then I asked for a different room. Cashier was very unapologetic. I assume it must be a normal thing there. Next room I got smelled strongly of marijuana. I would have went to a new hotel but I had somewhere I needed to be and didn't have the time. Bed was miserable. Stains ALL over the room. I woke up with a bug bite on my arm. I will never stay somewhere like this again. This place is more suitable for drug addicts.

This is by far the worse hotel I've ever stayed at. There are bugs everywhere, the bed is ripped down the side, the walls have brown spots and holes. The maid service is almost non-existent. The hot tub is ice cold and doesn't work. The carpets in the room are all stained up. The free breakfast is a joke. There isn't even close to enough parking for all of the guests. All of the electrical outlets in the room are so worn out the plugs fall out of them.

This place is an unsafe environment for children, we saw a domestic fight 3 times and even a person died in the parking lot in our stay. The hotel manager was mean and called the cops on us whenever we stayed and accused us of harassment when we were just trying to explain that our reservation was accidentally cancelled. We were just trying to have a good vacation and go to Disneyland and the beach but honestly the hotel ruined our happiness on the trip. I wouldn't recommend staying here because it was just overall bad service

Terrible a Dumb/Super verdrecktes Zimmer..dirty Room/Blood on the blendes/The carpet smells like somebody was thinking this is the restroom/No Towles/The Breakfast was a fake/No Coffee?No Juice/Old bananas/We ask for Towles the man told us in a minute nobody shows up/so we stay one night and pay for two 185Dollar..We was pissed.This hotel is really a nitemare and the people are nor friendly.

Carpets are dirty, barthroom had nobs that were misplaced hot water was cold visa versa, the door didn't close properly, holes in the wall, the bed frame was out of place, the sheets did not get changed the bed was simply made. Limited towels. Simply dirty old outdated rooms. The pics look great reality was unbelievable, horrible, never again!

First of all, let me say that I am not a hotel snob and I NEVER write reviews. But I feel the need to keep another family from little ones from staying here. Blood stains on the sheets, Clothing iron burn on the carpet, carpet stained and grossjust not a good place to stay. Had to ask for another room. And had we not gotten in so late, we would have gone some where else. DO NOT STAY HERE!
