The staff is great. Always in a good mood. Rooms are clean and lots to do around the hotel.

Very good. The cleaning ladies were very nice. Beds were very comfy. I would come again. It's only 20 min from Disneyland. And 10 min away from Knott's. I would recommend this hotel to people who want to go to Disneyland but don't want to pay the price for hotels on Anaheim.

The hotel was super easy to find and had tons of parking. We checked in quickly and we're able to find our room with little effort. The service is amazing! Asked for extra towels and they gave them to us every night we came back.

Seems like a nice place. I went there for a work meeting around noon and it was clean. The tostada salad they served us for lunch was very good.

When we arrived there was a half eaten pizza and drink left in our room which was removed eventually. Other than that there is plenty of parking and located close to a free way. Hotel was generally clean and well presented and has a lovely pool

The Holiday Inn Buena Park has onsite parking available. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is very clean with various seating areas, a gift shop, bathrooms, and dining. I went here for a professional event and the event room was very spacious and clean. The provided room allowed for easy presentation and seating for the invited guests. Overall pleased with the Holiday Inn and would look forward to any event held in this location.

The hotel is very pretty with a lovely pool area that has a flower covered gazebo that would be perfect for a small wedding. The rooms were clean and the bed extremely comfortable. I had a problem with being accidentally overcharged for our rooms, but they fixed it quickly. The staff has been friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a special layout that's quite unique. The front lobby is nice and cozy and the reception was also pleasant. They have small and large meeting rooms that will fit your needs but it's definitely not anything fancy.

Holiday inn chain is pretty good in terms of rooms and comfort and this one is not an exception. However the rooms have dated ac which does make a lot of noise. Beds are comfy, bathroom small but functional. Good bar and breakfast. If u stay here ask for a room with new ac units.

Holiday Inn Buena Park is rather lively and contains a great atmosphere. The staff is also spectacular in keeping the hotel clean and functional, but can sometimes be cranky and severe. An example of the severity is that my 3-year old nephew was running around a small section of an almost completely empty restaurant, a section completely far away from the customers and the staff told him to stop or they'll kick us out. Also, the lights and devices connected to the outlet sometimes turn off and on at late times of the night. Other than those two issues, I have no complaints.

This was a pleasant stay. The rooms were nice, our walkout porch on ground level was also fun. This is within walking distance of several restaurants other than their own. Also, within a mile of Knotts Berry Farms. It is also directly off the freeway exit so it is very easy to find and reach.

The front desk was very friendly and went out of their way to find me a quiet room facing away from the freeway. Room service was quick and tasty. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint was that the walls were a bit thin and I could hear the people in rooms next to me.
