  If I could've given this place half a star I would have, the portions are wayyy to small for the price, the chicken is raw and they take foreverrrr to serve your food, they had even forgotten about my order and I had to go remind them 20 minutes after sitting down, staff saw me wait for a long time and when I Asked she said she would go see what was wrong, she passes by later and tells me she forgot to tell them, screw this place

  It's not as good as Popeyes but much better than KFC. Did not try their grilled chicken. That might be better.

  Customer service is ok they need to be more organized, the chicken nothing good and is too grease I didn't like it, nothing comparing to the chicken in Guatemala that's the best. The only good thing here is la agua de horchata.

  The place has improved since the last time I was there. It doesn't smell so nauseating anymore, which is great! It means they are keeping up with their cleaning come to think about it, they did get new staff.

  Very friendly staff. Food is always hot and fresh and tasty.Love the fried plantains and the campero beans. Chicken is always crispy but juicy and tender inside. Nice extra fixings bar. Free refills.

  Bad service workers dont greet you nor smile. They take forever to give you your food. Also workers are cleaning but dont say excuse me and go over you and are still trying to clean .

  Boy was I fooled. I heard this place "was good" from a couple of Central American ppl for a few years and always hesitated to come in because I didn't think I was going to like the crowd and noise. I will keep it simple. Fried chicken was good. But the side orders and ALL "fruit water" was awful. Never coming back.

  The best chicken I've tasted in my entire life. Food is super delicious in this place. Definitely recommend it, for all the chicken lovers.
