I cannot believe the most horrible experience I had with Dana from the Service Dept. today and the mishandling of a dangerous ongoing problem we thought was taken care of many many months ago. Sorry to say we love Noha who sold the vehicle to us, but I will never take the car back there again for service and deal with such an incompetent, ignorant, nasty and rude b.. What a nightmare. I will take the vehicle to a dealer that appreciates our business with an experienced Service Dept. Done👎
Most times I keep my cars for a decade or more before finally upgrading to something new. When I know I'm going to keep a car for that long, it can make the selection process tedious to say the least. Recently amongst my list of vehicles to check out was BMW. When I stopped into Flemington, I had not been in a BMW dealership for at least 10 years. I was paired up with Tom T., and thankfully so! He was not pushy in any way. He was cordial and jovial, his only agenda was to help answer any questions I had, and he did so exceptionally well. I'm not entirely sure BMW's prices are in my wheel house, and I have yet to make a decision. I am however keeping BMW at the top of the list (as the 3 series drove incredibly) and again, I very much enjoyed going through what can be a grueling process with Tom's disposition and council.
I don't normally service my vehicle at Flemington BMW but when I nail got wedged into my tire, I took my chances. Since I have NEVER serviced at this dealership before I was really worried how I would be treated. I shouldn't have been worried at all! Dana, my service writer, was quick to price out the replacement (which I checked later was an even better deal than my usual dealership) and even made sure my car got a full wash and vacuum before I was done. If I ever find myself back in the area and in need of help, I am definitely stopping back at Flemington BMW!
I stopped in to get some specialty detailing products for my Dad's 5 series. Alex in parts was very helpful finding the right cleaners and conditioners for the interior leather. My Dad can be confident that none of the products will potentially damage his lease. The selection was all of high quality BMW manufactured items and I was able to order one they didn't have in stock quickly and easily
Ultimate dealer for the ultimate driving machine. The top notch team working here is nothing less than first class. We purchased our third BMW from Flemington BMW and after our experience I think it's safe to say we are going back to Flemington BMW for many more cars. Pride and professionalism flourishes through out. Thank you for a wonderful experience Flemington BMW!
I don't care where you are from, or what you are looking for, but you should definitely check out Flemington BMW when you are looking for a car. Flemington BMW is about 2 hours away from where I live. I do have a BMW dealer that is only 15 minutes away and wow what a difference. They essentially had the same car on their lots, but the experience was night and day. Most of my initial interaction had to be done over the phone but it was seamless. I even had a trade-in that need to be factored in to the buying experience. We were both buying site-unseen. We negotiated over the phone and before I knew it I was driving down the old car for the new one. The buying experience when I got there was great as well. The place is huge (it has an elevator) and everyone was very nice (they didn't have to be I already paid).
Even after I drove the car home they stayed in touch to make sure everything was what we hopped it was. They even sent me cookies (I love cookies). I do wish I lived closer. I really want them to be my service station simply because how great of an experience it has been.
I can't stress enough what a great experience it was. Some high end dealerships the attitude that "if you don't buy it someone else will", while Flemington really made me feel like a valued customer even without initially meeting face to face.
To go with our leased i3, my wife and I just leased a new BMW X1 XDrive 28i from Flemington BMW. No big whup, right?Except that we drove all the way from and back to Charleston, SC.
Why would anyone make that long round trip (1,470 miles)? Because working with Byron Brisby Jr. and his Flemington BMW Center of Excellence Award-winning team of consumate professionals is worth it! For this particular transaction, the team with whom we worked included Byron Brisby, Jr., Bill Hinton, Becky Kosar, John Cavanaugh, Mike Riccardi, Sr., John "JT" Turchi, Gary Horning and Colleen Hale.
Without hesitation, I can say that this level of professionalism is the exception and not the rule. Don't make the same mistake onceFlemington BMW is in a league of its own!

The sales team deserves a 5/5, but the service team has been disappointing. The process is good (friendly, meet you by calling you by name, nice refreshments) but the responsiveness is very poor and they make way too many mistakes (which end up costing the Customer time, like having to drive back, multiple calls and mails, ).
After the last visit, I told them that I would be going to Bridgewater BMW to see if it was better.
Between the poor service and the BMW GPS map which is full of mistakes my family might be changing from BMW to Tesla.
Not at all impressed. I recently bought a car here and everyone seemed really nice and helpful. Then the misleading used car salesman type of crap started. They sold me the extended maintenance package which I was stupid enough to buy ONLY because the representative here told me that my car would have brake service every 30,000, miles and would basically need new brakes at that interval, which of course is a costly job. That is not the case after doing my research and calling BMW directly. I find out that they literally only look at your brakes when the cars computer program says they need attention mine currently says 50,000 miles remain Also they only change the pads not the rotors unless they are out of spec which I was told they always do them together. Should have used my gut feeling I suppose. Touche. Ya got me.
The whole deal was extremely misleading when it came to the warranty on a certified pre owned. It was filled with half truths and deception. The guy selling the extended service plan made it seem as if I was also paying for the certified pre owned plan and I would not get that without the service plan. The CPO warranty comes with the car anyway. Best to download the warranty details online and read yourself.
My sales representative asked me to call him on his cell the following day to set up a time to come down and review all the features of the car because it was getting late. Guy never called me back. I waited 2 hrs and had to call him at the buisness number and have him paged. I declined to go in and just read the car manuel. Granted he may have been extremely busy but it takes 3 seconds to text and let me know that he would get back to me.
Not that it makes a difference but I am an Active Duty Soldier and BMW has all over their website about military discounts I received none of that. Not that I feel entitled but still. Made no difference in my vehicle. Then again it could be that they only offer this on brand new cars and not certified pre owned. Either way they are less willing to work on the price than any dealership I have been to.
I like my car but if I had to do it all over again I will buy somewhere else. I value integrity to much to deal with this buisness.
At the start they were helpful in reviewing options and models, but then the car buying games began. I reached out a few days later and had poor responses to requests for information. This is unfortunate because this is my local dealership that I would have liked to support. I had a much better buying experience at Bloomfield BMW.
Lease return experience much worse than leasing experience. Got charged $500 for hairline scratches that were barely visible plus $350 disposition fees. What a ripoff.
I had much better experience with Infinity which had at home inspection by independent third party. I will never lease another BMW.
