Staff is good and pleasant. Boarding price is good. I feel ok with the boarding service. One major concern that I have is it seemed that my dog gets diarrhea when he stays there. Perhaps, a suggestion is to improve the hygiene of the inside and outside environment of the facility.

I utilize both veterinary and boarding services offered at Pineview and I've generally been pleased with both. At the pet resort, I like they customize the level of socialization my pet receives. The veterinary staff also have been wonderful to interact with, though I with they were more proactive in diagnosing and treating my pet’s dental condition.

I feel very safe bringing my dogs here while I am on vacation. The facilities are well kept and the staff is kind. I almost want to take a vacation here myself!

All of our dogs have boarded here over the last several years. They always come home having obviously had a good time, and we love receiving emails and photos of our pet while we're away. The staff is absolutely amazing with every interaction, whether it be in person, over the phone, or even responding to an email apparently written by our dog himself asking for a steak dinner during his next stay.

Pineview staff is the best. They care deeply for your animal and also care for their owners. There prices are very responsible and they are not pushy to do things that don't need to be done. I highly recommend them.

Pleasant countryside locale yet just minutes from neighboring towns and cities. Caring and knowledgeable staff. Our dogs love to go there. It's like a play date for them. Dogs from other families seem to share the sentiment.

We were introduced to Pineview a few years ago by a friend. We started with boarding since we lived 70 miles away. We have since moved to within 25 miles and have all the services available to us.
Love, love this place. Our 2 little pups are "special" :) the whole staff is caring and patient with them. Dr. Lisa is the best. Boarding, beyond wonderful.response / report this review -

My English Bulldog Bubba loves this place. He has been taken care of by Dr. Julie James since we got him at 7wks. Our first experience with her was so impressive. She just started loving on Bubba and letting him lick her face. It is so obvious she loves animals, made me know we were in the right place. We have since boarded Bubba about every 4-6 wks for the last year since we travel alot and he gets so excited when we drive up. He runs right in and doesnt look back. When I pick him up to bring home, he pouts when I get him home. He misses all the fun he has. Heather who runs the boarding is wonderful and will make sure everything in perfect for your dogs stay.
