Bought a lovely 2018 car. They made is fast & easy
I filled out the application with them online. I get a call back saying my application looked really good and they could get me in a new vehicle. My credit isn't the best I knew this but they told me they would work with me and of course my online app looked good. They also offered me a very promising trade in on my car. Also telling they are offering the best deals of the year. So I make the trip there and it's absolutely nothing what they told me over the phone. They are crooks! They did not work with me as they promised. They would not finance me but when they called me back stating my application looked great?
Okay Apparently not great! They say anything it seems just to get you there! As if being in debt from my past isnt haunting enough. Just trying to ask for a break and not be robbed in interest rates and embarrassed when they totally change their tune cuz they aren't making commission off me. Its not worth going to if you do have some prior debt on your record because it's empty promises of getting you in a new vehicle even tho they claim bad credit no credit how ever they say. I call bull s%*$!!
Terri and Zack were very helpful. I do not have very good credit and well at first I was asked for a cosigner or 5k deposit. Well they found me a 2012 Ford Escape I am so happy with and they got me into it for way less than previously asked for. So happy with this business. Thanks
Set up a time to look at a car only to find out that the car was sold even before I set up the time. The guy that helped me informed me this and proceeded to list other options and I told him that I wasn't interested. His manager came over and talked to me, tried to get me into a mitsubishi mirage. I knew the specs on the car and he tried to tell me that it had more power than what I knew it had.
On top of that, they were doing some sort of promotion where you get a gift card just for showing up at your scheduled time. I showed up on time and never got the card. I told them and they told me they sent it. Here I am 2 to 3 weeks later and still nothing.
Not a good experience but consistent started out lying and finished lying.
I would give these horrible people a -5 if I could. My sister came in to buy a car 2 weeks after she was deemed cancer free. Cheryl called and talked to some guy named Jason on the phone. He reassured her she would be able to get the mid sized car she wanted, no problem. I was in the waiting area and they bullied her into giving them a credit application and proceeded to send it to 10 different banks. She came to me crying and said they would only sell her a brand new sub compact car. She had a $4000 down payment and a 687 credit score with a long term job. Now her credit has taken a huge hit and her interest rate is high on the Toyota she bought elsewhere. I met Pat M (Owner) at a city event and he said his team was "the best" as he calls it. I guess they are the best at messing up people's lives if you ask me. What a bunch of jerks these people are . We asked to see the manger, some guy named Brian. He laughed at us and said "you wanted a car, didn't you?" Then he followed that up with, "guess you should have brought your husband in to get what you wanted". The Nerve!! DO yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. We are telling every one we know about this and putting an ad in the paper. Lets put these guys out of business. I cannot believe they were trying to take advantage of someone who just went through the worst times of their life. Shame on that whole place.

Please do not go to this dealership. Even if you have a good experience, they do not deserve your business. I am happy for those that have had a good experience here, but they definitely prey on those that are in a tough spot. I went there and put everything on the table.. bad credit, already have an auto loan, recent bankruptcy, my monthly budget, and what I wanted, etc. I was told on the phone, and in person (by Ian, then Brian), none of that matters. Yet every time they came back from the back room they would tell me that they were struggling because of all of the items listed above. They explained unnecessary things to me over and over and never answered a question directly. I expressed to them early on that I was concerned about a hard credit inquiry because I am really trying to work on my score. They assured me that there would only be one inquiry (them) and that they would share the information with their lenders. "That's what's so great about us, we have close relationships with 30+ lenders!". This is not the case as I have five hard inquiries, which just decreased my credit score by 69 points. It will take 12-24 months for those to go away. I wish I had read the reviews before stepping foot in the door. However, I still feel lucky because I was there with the hopes of getting a second car and had the ability to step out of their trap. Both of the men that I dealt with (Ian and Brian).. I'm honestly not sure how they are able to be so dishonest by day and lead a normal life. If that were my job, I would never sleep. There is no reason that they couldn't have told me that they couldn't work with my terms BEFORE running my credit and talking in circles for two hours. They then convinced my sister to add her social to the loan because that will help with the hurdle of already having another auto loan open. She stressed to them that her credit was terrible and she asked if it mattered. "No, we just need the second social on there so the banks will accept the second car loan". Then they came back from the back room again. "You'll either need to trade in your car or find someone that has a better credit score to sign on". what?! They literally just said that her score wouldn't matter. Brian bragged about how Mad City buys the license to be able to finance in their zoning area simply so other companies can't take advantage of people smoke and mirrors. He says that in one breath, and in the next tries to sell you on their "step program" which starts with outrageous financing. There isn't a single bad review on this site that I think is exaggerated. This is a terrible company with zero integrity.
So pleased with the experiences I've had at this place! My father bought a car here last year and had a VERY limited budget. The staff worked tirelessly to get him a car in his price range that was a HUGE step up from his last car. His Mitsubishi has run very well since purchased. Since then I've taken my cars here for oil changes. The flexible hours are awesome and the staff members are so knowledgeable. Nick the service manager is so friendly and gave great advice on tires for my car! Happy to be a customer here and will be coming here in the future:)
People please be wary of this dealership. They prey on credit challenged people and people just starting out with no credit. There are other options just look around and make some calls and don't give up, because doing business with these people will only make your situation worse than it may be. If you do make the mistake of buying here be prepared for problems. When this happens be sure to contact the Better Business Bureau. They already have several complaints look it up yourself. It's a matter of time before they're out of business.
I used Groupon for a 3 oil change/inspections. The first 2 were fine, although they do charge a lot to upgrade the oil. On my last inspection, they didn't notice a problem they'd told me about the previous time, said my lights were all working when I knew the rear tail light was out, didn't notice a dashboard warning light, and tried to get me to replace my brakes. With so many mistakes, I didn't trust them and went elsewhere for my brakes.
.We just purchased a mirage and it a great little car. The sales team is very helpful and courteious. We enjoyed the experience . Tracy made it so much fun and gave us good advice. THANK YOU MAD CITY !
DON'T get caught up in this! Tracey Heid does lots of promises & talking & tricked us into signing paperwork for over $200 MORE a month then what she told us it would be! She withheld interest rate info lender payment that's just the start. Their response was " I'm sorry not sure what you want us to do for ya" um how about you just based a sale on us trusting you & it was all fraudulently given info! Now they won't return phone calls & we had to contact the BBB & a lawyer. I'm a honest person & I'm warning you & everyplace I possible can don't do business with these shady people they do anything they can to just get a sale!
Worst place to buy a car!!! Sat there 4 hours they took 500 bucks from me and my fiance we left out with no car and 500 bucks less i would never recommend this place to anyone
Had a great experience buying my first car through mad city sales, the atmoshpher was very warming and i felt very comfortable around Samantha Ibarra and many other associates she answered all my questions with expert knowledgethanks again for my new car.
I Love my Car. Thank you Zachery for going above and beyond to help us! It was so nice to work with you.
Bought an oil change Groupon and have been there once so far. Worker at register was extremely friendly and helpful, service was completed promptly, awesome break room with complementary drinks and snacks. Great first experience!
I had a great experience. They were working hard to get me approved. It's harder since a lot of my income comes from tips. They were beyond helpful got me a great deal and finacially affordable and I would definitely go there again. Already recommended them! Jared was great to work with and I appreciate what they did for me!
You can tell they take pride in their advertisements and they back it up 100%. I will be back when I am ready for a new car!
