Arrived at the dealership with info on 3 minivans. Was approached by a salesman who showed each one to me. Decided on one. Purchased it and before the ink had even dried, as I was leaving the lot, noticed parts laying on the floor. Asked the salesman what they were, he got a service guy to look at them. Two parts were from the repair they had to complete before we would buy it. The last was an esthetic piece of the floor. While I was looking at the floor I noticed 2 more parts of the seats missing. When I asked him about them, first they attempted to claim that there weren't supposed to be any. Then when I showed him the area where they were supposed to be attached, he told me not to worry. He would take care of it. Never happened. I had to spend my time and money to find the parts. Won't buy from there again.

My wife went in for oil change & tire rotate and was treated respectfully and service advisor did NOT engage in high-pressure upsell tactics. Competently provided service for our 2005 Toyota Corolla LE that was on par with Toyota but at lower cost.

I brought my van to replace an oxygen sensor. The mechanic couldn't do it. Gave up after twp turns. Then he left it unplugged and it melted against the exhaust. So now it is even MORE BROKEN. Good job guys. Can't even take an exhaust oxygen sensor out.

The service guys are always friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain to me what they did to fix the issue. They are great for helping me maintain my vehicle's good condition so that I am safe when I am on the roads. And, of course, the extra bonus of a vehicle washing makes the service that more special. Their service has been exceptional. They are always very understanding and empathetic. They don't just make the experience "okay", but go above and beyond to make things easier for you. I am able to drop off my car and they drive my to work or give me a vehicle to use while they are taking care of mine. Edgar was exceptionally pleasant to deal with.

I just want to share a what a fabulous staff this dealership has. they are top notch! Friendly, down to earth and a pleasure to work with. I've visited this dealership twice in the past year. The first time was to have my Chevy Equinox detailed. I was unsure if they would work on a Chevy and they said "no problem" bring it in! They did such an AMAZING job on my car and even let me rent a rental for the day while they worked on it. The next visit was this past Friday. I had just sold my Equniox and had yet to purchase a new car so I needed a rental immediately so that I could take care of some business Called up Edgar in the service department and no questions asked, he said yes, I have a car come on in. And he did He rented me an awesome Ford Focus at a time when I really needed the help and the rental process was a breeze!!! And another member of the staff, Jesus was also super generous is providing me a ride home after I returned the car. So if you're ever looking to rent a car, to have your car worked on or if you're in the market for a new car. Give this dealership a call. I ensure you, you will not be disappointed.
