My drivers name was Sarah, she was terrible. Smelled like she just pissed herself, cursed like a sailor, kept talking about some idiot she was saying named randy and was going on n on about how awful he was and she apparently was terrible at driving too. Was so preoccupied with trashing this randy guy she couldn't see the curb we hit coming around a corner. Extremely unprofessional, will be taking an uber next time. Wish i could give 0 stars
hmmmmm where to begin.everytime.i have ordered a cab its been at least and hour late no matter how early i call. then when i call to confirm i in fact still have a cab on the way i get attitude from disbatch. i usually use it to pick my son up from school and drop him. i was i formed that i vpyld send gim alone i disagred with that hes 6 and their response was well we dont do round trip anymore. so we can drop ypu at his school and you can walk back. so i ask if they can just mark me as a pick up from his school they say no. the other crazy thing is my house is .6 miles from the school .its usally my 2 sons and me so tell me wgy i have been charged 5 dollars there then 6 on the way back..then the next time it was 6 there and 7 on the way back and the next time it was 7 to go there and 8 back? how does that work because i was explained it is a set fare. i even have reciepts to show inconsistancies everywhere. i understand this is one of the few cab companies here so im sure you dont care about your customers. but this is why people choose the riskier uber and lyft instead of cab companies. i try hard not to go to those but man you guys really dont care about your customers. good customer service goes a long way. i will say the one female driver i had was amazing dont lose her she is an asset and the only reason i have called you guys again.
polite, timely, respectful and efficient. these men and women make the "app cabs" look unprofessional to say the least. i, without a doubt, will be a repeat costumer.
Called at bar time had to wait 5min cool driver he got me Home quick cost 10 bucks uber was 55
This whole cab reeks of cigarette smoke. It is horrible. I am going to have to dry clean my coat and the rest of my clothes. Will never use them again. This is the most disgusting cab ride I have ever taken.
This "service" company is an absolute joke. I called a cab and waited for an hour and a half, called to check up on it and got an extremely rude dispatcher. Oh, and they never came. We'd all be seriously screwed if this was the only cab company that existed. Poor excuse of a business. Just don't even exist.
Because they won’t let me give a 0. My 15 year old brother is currently a half hour late for school because the cab is picking up & dropping off multiple other riders. Called to make a complaint and got hung up on by someone in the administration office after being told it wasn’t their problem, they are a shared ride. Thought that was specified. Will never use this company again! Extremely poor service!!
I use both Badger and Green Cab. They both are pretty much the same to me. I have had some bad experiences with both, but overall they are still the best deal for the money. If you want to pay 50 bucks to go from the West Transfer point to East Towne Mall, go call the others. If you want to pay 15 bucks instead, call Badger or Green Cab and deal with (perhaps) a little longer wait and (most likely) an extended ride while picking up other customers.
I travel the country pretty frequently as well as go abroad occasionally for my job. I don't like to rent cars when im away from home as I feel taxi's are a great way to enrich your experience of being in a different city. Using this cab company i've come to the conclusion they are probably the most unprofessional service i've ever used. rude dispatchers, and rude drivers.
Absolutely my worse experience ever taking a taxi! I got quoted one price over the phone when I requested a cab, a second higher price once I was picked up and a third higher price once I was dropped off at my destination. I feel like I was robbed! I will never do business with Badger Cab ever again, and I don't suggest anyone else do either.
Wish I could leave no stars. Notoriously late and typically rude.
Took a cap, got charged too much for a group. One of my buddy had to get dropped off on the way, and they charge separate for just that ride. I would not recommend this place ever.
Consistently takes 3 hours to get to you. Prices are OK in comparison. Cars most likely not good in gas/fuel efficiency as well
I had to wait and hour to get picked up by the badger cab from school. Then in the mornings when I would get picked up they would get us to school like and hour and thirty minutes late.
Unannounced ride share, ( rode with nice people) but driver was rude and condescending and pressed the time. Monkeyed on the rate.
My friends and I had a wonderful experience using Badger Cab this past weekend on October 15. We were having a great time on Regent Street during the game and needed transportation from Camp Randall to TGI Fridays by East Towne. We had 13 people total. 5 people choose to take an Uber and the remaining 8 of us used Badger Cab. Both of our cabs arrived in under 10 minutes despite the crazy game day traffic and brought us all to our destination safely. Due to surge pricing, our friends who took an Uber were charged $44 and we were only charged $17. Needless to say, our friends were more than happy to use Badger Cab for their ride home instead of Uber!
Tommy is by far not only one of the best cab drivers I have ever had but also an all-around great guy. He is going to be a great dad!
Matt at dispatch recognized my number both times I called and was exceptionally helpful coordinating our pickup location amid the craziness on Regent Street.
I highly recommend Badger Cab
Always had very good service when I give call well before time I want to be at my destination
I didnt even get close to getting a ride because the operator was so rude! I asked if they could estimate a fare. He was silent. So I said again, "I was wondering if I could get a fare estimate to the airport?" He said, "Kay." I asked, "Would you like my address?" He replies in the most sarcastic and rude tone I have ever heard, "Well yeah, I kind of need it." I was honestly speechless. I just replied, "Wow, rude." and hung up. If I am treated that way right off the bat and you have no courtesy to even guide me through the process and make me hang up before I even get a fare estimate, you need to REALLY improve your customer service.
