A great place to take the family for skiing and snowboarding. Things to do for all skill levels!
What a wonderful blast from rhe past. Still Pine Knobesc but with upgrades. Fun for groups. Very handicap accommodating.
Always a great place to enjoy a summer concert in Michigan. Never a bad choice for a show. The sound is excellent and the food and beers are great. Check it out!
Great concert facility. Prices high, but deals available often on tickets. Food and drinks crazy expensive. I recommend eating and drinking before you enter.
Went to see Rod Stewart in August and sat on the lawn. Luckily the weather was beautiful that night. The sound system here is excellent and the large TV screens that are mounted on the pavilion roof bring the stage to the lawn seats. A great experience!
For the price I highly recommend this place. Very clean, nice inside (especially for what you usually get for a $60 a night motel). Some of the staff was very sweet, but a few had a bit of an attitude or not as helpful with issues. Only reason I didn't give it all five stars.
The mogul field is sweet and the parks are super well groomed. The mountain is small but if you want to ski for cheap and have some excellent winter fun I would highly recommend.
Great place for anything winter! Wonderful skiing with fun trails. Great food such as fries, chili and the burgers! Perfect for the kids
First time skiing yesterday and I had a great time. The resort was great and offered lots of options. It was definitely bigger than I expected. There were lots of great skiers and snowboarders, which was fun to watch. The other riders seemed very respectful and as a newbie, I never felt in harm's way. I do have to say that it was a 50/50 when came to the employees. About half were really nice and personable and the other's were extremely rude and curt. I sure hope they keep only the good ones around for next year.
WOW! Awesome moguls in Detroit. Go here if you want to have fun for skiing or snowboarding. They have an absolute amazing terrain park with lots of features. They have excellent lifts that are up to date and fast.
It is a close race between here and Mt Holly. These two places are the best in the Detroit area, skip Mt Brighton and go here that is the complete truth and honesty. If you want multiple terrain parks that are not filled up and put out awesome features.
The employees are down to earth and helpful, a huge benefit.
Bars a good pro shop, places to eat your own food or go to the cafeteria and multiple fire pits in and outside.
OK this is a hill. The black diamond run is more like a blue. The Wall is the closest to a black diamond. For Michigan, it and Holly are the best southeast area has to offer.
But they do great things to vary the terrain. The park here is great. They usually have two setup. There's a very challenging mogul section as well.
This past 2016 off season saw a LOT of upgrades with their facilities. The lifts are really fast. It's still a really fast 10 seconds to go down their fastest Hill, but at least you don't have to wait for a ten minute lift.
If you want a massive vertical drop or long runs, you'll have to go far to the west and east of the continent.
For what it has, PK does the best with what it can do.
