We had a wonderful time getting our hair, nails, and makeup done for my daughter's wedding! The staff was so nice and helpful and the final looks were amazing. Thank you for being a part of our celebration!

Marci, the owner of the spa, is a dishonest woman who is sorely lacking in integrity. She hired my company this past summer to produce a video for her and now refuses to pay. I made the mistake of taking her at her word assuming she'd honor our verbal contract, but she refuses to do so. After months and months of trying I finally got ahold of her today and then she began dodging and spinning and coming up with excuse after excuse as to why she wouldn't pay for the video that I produced for her, all without merit. It's truly sad that as a small business owner myself I can't trust another business owner to honor their word. She of course pointed out that without a written contract I have little recourse. Isn't that nice Marci that you can hide behind the lack of a contract as opposed to honoring your word. People like Marci make me sick. Instead of discussing the situation like an adult she instead acted like a child just rattling off nonsense. When I attempted to get a clarification on the things she was saying she'd tell me to stop talking! Here are the facts; they hired me to produce a video and I did. If they wanted changes made to that video then they should have responded to at least one of the numerous e-mails and voice-mails that were sent, but they didn't. Now it's time to paybut they won't. It's because of people like them that the rest of us have to have contracts. I like to do business the old fashioned way, with a handshake. 99 times out of a hundred there's never a problem because I always deliverand then (sadly) there are clients like the Hairitage Salon.

Emily always does a really nice job on coloring and cutting my hair ! Everyone at the salon is real nice !
