We took our motorhome in for our appointment to have a few minor things done. When we got there and checked in, we had a couple additional items and questions, all of which were taken care of in a timely manner. Outstanding customer service. Thank you, Midway!

Matt and I was here last week. The employee who came out to talk to us was very pleasant. He answered all of our questions and even told us what we was looking for wouldn't be there until September or October. We was just dressed in very casual clothes and was treated with respect. We had been to other places where the employees didn't really want to talk to us, because it didn't *look* like we could afford such items that they were selling.

We arrived at Midway RV and were introduced to Ryan Kramer. We told him we weren't going to purchase for several months and instead of losing interest he listened to our long range plan with interest and assured us he would be available to us for the long haul. There was no high pressure, "buy now tactics". During the months leading up to our purchase Ryan stuck with us and always shot back a quick response to our many email questions. I highly recommend Midway RV for a fair price and great customer service.

What a pleasure it was working with salesman Ryan Kramer and the staff at Midway RV Center (never thought in my lifetime I'd use the words "pleasure" and "salesman" in the same sentence)! We appreciated Ryan's prompt email communications and answering our myriad of questions before we even got to the dealership. When we did meet up, we never once felt rushed or pressured into buying, and there were none of those annoying sales tactics that we've experienced at other businesses. We're extremely happy with our purchase and will gladly make the 220 mile trip for any future RV needs. We highly recommend Midway RV and Ryan Kramer if you're in the market for a new or used RV.

Think about this: we never met Chad in person. Never set foot at Midway RV. Never had an RV before. Never saw the van. Yet, we bought the 2014 Roadtrek Agile sight unseen. It's the biggest purchase we've made without having seen the product. We simply put our faith and trust in Chad DeMaat.

If Chad DeMaat is an example of how Midway RV cares for their customers, then there should be no other RV company to deal with other than Midway RV.

We searched for a long time, and came close to buying a Class B twice. After 2-3 years of intensive research, we came across the 2014 Roadtrek Agile, but were nearly discouraged when we found out that it's in Grand Rapids MI, 2300 miles away from Alameda CA!

When we wrote to inquire about it, we had the fortune of reaching Chad DeMaat. Our communications were mostly via email --- but we were so impressed at how affable, responsive and helpful Chad was. He ---- HE ! --- made a huge difference in helping us make a decision to work with him. There was not a single question or concern that he didn't answer right away.

Before, during and after the sale, his communications are stellar. While waiting for the RV to be picked up, we sent various items to be put in the van to get it ready for the trip. Chad DeMaat kept us informed of when he received them --- and he even set them up in the van. He made arrangements to pick up Gary from the airport, to and from the hotel. And made sure Gary was thoroughly ready to get on the road driving the van.

This was an outstanding experience. And we have Chad DeMaat to thank. Midway RV is so fortunate to have Chad representing them.

We are full-timers, and we found ourselves on the road with a plumbing leak! We called and because it was peak storage prep season they couldn't get us in. But Paul in parts was totally amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful. We ran into a glitch and he figured out what connector to use so we wouldn't have to pull out half our pipes, and gave us great instructions on installing it. Thanks so much to Paul and Midway for getting us back on the road and dry as a bone!
