Absolutely the best Italian restaurant I’ve been to. Great atmosphere!!! Big portions, great price, the drinks are good. I had Fettuccine Alfredo, and it was perfect. Staff are very pleasant.

Christmas party first visit. Had a few drink at bar before hand, bartender attentive, made drinks tasty. Apparently there's a DJ early on Fridays in main floor. Might stop back in future, didn't really eat so can't say about the food

Scenery was decent. Enjoyed the sunset. Drinks were bad and they didn't have everything in stock that was on the menu yet food was good. Not prepared enough to make it a good experience, unfortunately.

In respects to whoever works here, this experience was at the end of summer not recently.

Delicious food if you are eating in the restaurant but do not get delivered!!!! I called at about 3 pm on a Sunday (so not a time you would expect to be super busy), they said it would be there in 45 minutes. We didn't receive our delivery until 5pm. While the food tasted great in flavor, our pizzas were cold. We also got a shrimp Parmesan sub and the shrimp was extremely chewy and just not good. The few times my family has eaten in the restaurant it's been great and I have no complaints but I was extremely disappointed in their delivery service. I understand the quality is never as good when delivered but that's no excuse for my food to show up COLD

Went to a private bridal shower this past Saturday and it was amazing!!!! The service and food was great. We hung around and went upstairs to the rooftop bar which was also a great experience. I would recommend this place for small receptions and big dinner parties.

Food was Amazing. Drinks were great. The only thing is that the servers are very slow, but once they come they're great. Other than that beautiful atmosphere. Enjoyed myself

Took my husband here for father's day and was very disappointed with the service. We asked for the brunch menu when we were seated and no one ever brought them to us. An hour later the waiter came to our table to take our order. Never stopping by our table to introduce himself as our waiter or to even ask if he can start us off with a drink. When we told him we wanted the brunch menu the menu was on clip boards and there weren't enough for everyone at my table. He then left again and we waiting another 10 minutes before he came back to take our orders. Another 20 minutes for our drinks to come out and when I asked him why did the drinks take so long to come out he blamed it on the bartender. I told the manager who was very apologetic and did bring us a pitcher of Sangria to try and make up for the lack of service. But the waiter never apologized and I finally decided the waiter did not deserve a single penny for a tip. The food thank god was good but never again. It's a shame because it really is a beautiful restaurant.

It's a very cute space, great looking rooftop bar. Went on a Wednesday night. Drinks were good, service was a wee bit slow, the food was salty. But a nice ambiance. Calamari appetizer was really good. Would go back again, but wouk d go with bar bites or a burger instead.

I do not enjoy writing negative reviews. However, my experience at Pine Bar & Grill compels me to do so. Stopping in for lunch last week, we ordered the Shredded Chicken-Artichoke Dip. It was barely average. Thin sauce and quite bland. Next, my friend ordered the Crispy Roasted Chicken Oreganata. It looked nice, but when she cut into the chickenblood ran out. Rare poultry can be unappetizingbut blood is a definitive no-go. She sent it back and requested fried shrimp, which I will get back to.

I ordered the Shrimp Scampi. Once again, it looked good. However, the shrimp was woefully overcooked, to the point of having a bubblegum consistency and it was very bland. The sauce was fair at best. The rice was under-cooked and also rather flavorless. Scampi is an easy dish to prepare. A two-minute marinade in garlic, salt and pepper would have solved the problem. I was surprised this was so sub-par.

Upon receiving her replacement fried shrimp, it was obvious the shrimp had been deep-fried too long, as it was very dark and overly crunchy. She was quite hungry at this point and attempted to make the best of it. After two shrimp, she gave upate a few french fries and called it a day. I only got past half of my underwhelming scampi.

The waiter was gracious enough and seemed disappointed she did not enjoy the food. Considering we'd dropped $47+ for a very un-enjoyable lunchwe were even more disappointed.

Perhaps it was a bad day. But needless to sayI will not be returning.

Loved this place in the past. However seems they've gotten comfortable. We waited almost an hr for the food and worst part it wasn't very tasty. Manager didn't seem to happy to hear about it. Hope they were just having a bad day. Love going to relax after work. The drinks were great and so was the bartender. Happy dining

I've eaten at the restaurant but the bar service was so terrible I wasn't too enthused on going back but tonight I decided to try their delivery service Man listen! I ordered the fish tacos as my appetizer and I'm writing this review before even getting to my dinner. The fact that it travelled well and isn't soggy is super satisfactory. & The fact that they used actual salmon filets makes my heart smile (I don't have to guess is my taco filled with leftover scraps). I'm over delighted with the appetizer it doesn't matter what my food (entree) actually taste like.
A pleasant delivery driver is appreciative too! I'll go to bed satisfied tonight.

For drinks n appetizers, it's great. Friendly staff and beautiful interior. Haven't tried any main courses so I can't comment on what these other people complained about.
P.S.- DO NOT ORDER THE CHICKEN SKEWERS, YOU WILL STAY HUNGRY!

Friends and I wanted to check out a place in the Bronx and found Pine bar on google maps. The place looked beautiful so we decided to check it out. We came in during happy hour and the prices were surprisingly low! So we order everything we could before 7pm when happy hour was over. Since there were only two bartenders and a big group of people at the place we didn't think too much when we had to reorder things since they would forget to bring us a menu/our meal. When my friends and I were about to leave and sign for the bill we realized everything had a different price!! We asked the bartender and her response was "I'm not sure when the system recognized the order." They charged us $30 for a pitcher of sangria (happy hour was $20), $20 for a trio meal ($11 during happy hour), and $11 for sliders ($5 during happy hour). The bartender went to check with the manager and after 5 mins of them visibly discussing this and trying to fix it in the system she brings us back our new bill with the fixed prices. What pushed me over the edge was when we were told "we were given three sliders instead of two so they can't change the price on that item" I began to argue against her stating we didn't ask for three sliders then I realized it is a pointless waste of my time. Everything was nice and we were having a great time until our dilemma at the end. If you are planning on going to Pine bar to enjoy the happy hour please beware!!! Lucky for us we were not drunk and were able to catch on to their "error". The crazy part was the lady next to us had to tell them to fix her bill too due to the same problem.
