My nine-year-old daughter love the show Cake Boss. So is a trip to the metro area we surprised her with a visit to Carlo's Bakery. We are fortunate enough to be there while they were filming for the show. Cute Bakery and my daughter was happy.

Great experience but not quite as eventful as you think it will be. Very clean and beautiful display of goods. Great and fast customer service but a bit pricey though. Pastries were good and made my daughter's day.

Got my order wrong. They give you the box already closed so you can't see what you order. Call you get some kind of coupon and they said they don't do that to go back to store! When to other location which is closer to me and they didn't want to honor it. The lady didn't even want to give my something that cost the same. Unbelievable! You are selling pastries not diamond rings!

I went to Carlo's before it got commercialized and it was good now we spent $42 on a couple of pastries and we threw them out.. there is nothing authentic about it and they even stopped selling individual pastries.. It's a shame they became famous and now the quality has been lost..

Fun place. Most of it was good. I think I expected something more amazing because or the hype. We walked a few blocks over to the park on the waters edge. That was a good spot to eat them.

Generally a nice place in a cool neighborhood. Really small. Can get really crowded. Some items are huge, and others like the cakes are TINY. things can be pricey but the quality is very good, the items are all fresh, and you can even see the chefs making items in the kitchen. Get a bunch of stuff and take the train into new York city while you're here. This is within a short walking distance to hoboken train station. Not a lot of seating so be prepared to carry out.

Carlo's Bakery was friendly and inviting. My mom and I were so excited to eat something from a bakery on TV! The food was AMAZING and the service (although we were rushed to make a decision) was great. The only reason why I'm giving Carlo's a 4/5 Is because of the not-so-great seating arrangement. There were only three tables and one table didn't have chairs.

It is fun to see this place in person, if you come in the afternoon don't expect to see the cast. The lines are long but move quickly. I got four items and it cost me 17 dollars 😱😱😱😱😱! !!! They were good but maybe not 17 dollars worth. You are definitely paying for the excitement of being at Carlo's not for the best desert you've ever had.

Old style nostalgic street. Really fun to walk in and see where the show was filmed. Customer service was stellar. And WOW. Truly the best cannoli, the best cup cakes and the best lobster tails ever. Real quality. Great job. Only problem.no Buddy!!

Great desserts and friendly staff. We got the t-shirt, key chain and a free mug.
Don't plan on sitting down inside since there are only 3 tables which aren't enough. Instead plan on taking your desserts with you. Prices weren't too bad. Coffee tasted amazing.

Super friendly staff, and tasty pastries. Buddy was in the bakery and he took time to take pics with the customers Very cool Buddy, very cool! :)

The regular canoli were amazing! The custard puffs (with the white icing sugar on top) are awesome :)

Amazing!
The family and I took a trip through New York and New Jersey. We made it a point to stop at Carlos and we were not disappointed!! We all picked something out and it was all delicious. The kids asked as soon as we got home, how soon we could go back.

What a wonderful bakery heard lots of hype about this bakery. When entering to the bakery you can smell the freshly baked goodness of their pastries. Staffs and super nice and friendly. Perfect espresso!
