Cannot say enough about this outstanding company. Our experience was beyond fabulous. Professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly! HIGHLY recommend them to anyone interested in seeing Pictured Rocks up close and personal. Fabulous!!!

Friends and I took a vacation up to the U.P., and after reading the reviews we chose Pictured Rocks Kayaking. They were great! Very friendly, easily accessible and able to give great advice for food, ice cream, waterfalls and drinks. For being open just over a year, it is a very impressive and welcoming business. 10/10.

Loved the trip! The people were very friendly and energetic. Very focused on your safety. I liked that they boat you out and drop u off instead of packing everyone in a van.having the boat along made things safer because you could get out of the water fast and be in something that could handle rough conditions.

Went Kayaking yesterday in the afternoon tour and it was great! It wasn't a boat tour or a kayaking tour but instead an adventure! Pairing everyone up and making groups went well and getting us all in kayaks and helping with our spray skirts and life jackets was so helpful. The tour guides were great we had Nicholi and she was amazing, fun and energetic! The boat stays with you the entire time your kayaking which was great incase you needed something. The guide explained everything we were seeing and could answer any questions. Full of fun facts and really got to know us all. She even took pictures of us throughout our journey which I loved! The boat was roomy and the captain on the way back talked to us all asking if we had questions about the trip or anything around town. We asked where to get food pizza and his advice was great, the pizza was yummy. It was nice to see the owners involved. There was also girls there with us doing pictures for social media and asking quotes about the company which was cool. On the boat there was also two roomy bathrooms to use while on board so you never had to worry about that. I have read some horror stories about their neighbors, Paddling Michigan and how they over book and leave people stranded and it doesn't sound good. I wouldn't risk it, this kayaking adventure was 100% worth the price and was an experience of a life time! We also got some really nice jackets in the gift shop that were really reasonably priced which was awesome. Wore the quarter zip today and it was really nice so i'd definitely check out there gift shop while your there too! Again I'd definitely recommend it! Enjoy your next kayaking adventure with Pictured Rocks Kayaking you won't regret it!

The kayaking tour was the best kayaking tour we had. The guides were well trained and knowledgeable in the area and the weather conditions. Well organized and managed. I strongly recommend anyone who visit there to join this tour. We have experienced kayaking through and under holes on the rocks. No danger at all due to best and well experienced guides.

Definitely the best way to kick off our 2017 Upper Peninsula season, and certainly the only way you’d want to kayak along Pictured Rocks. The tour is unique compared to others because a boat takes you directly from the building to the cliffs and launches you at one end and you spend the whole time kayaking to the other end of the cliffs where the boat picks you up. So the whole route is new sites rather than an out and back trip. The entire staff (shop, boat, and guide) was super nice, attentive, and really focused on making sure we all had a safe and fun trip. The gear and equipment was in great condition too, which is a plus. Highly recommended!
