I chose Cheryl to sell my property based on reviews. She passed me on to Terry Huffman who she said had more knowledge of the area where my property is located. It took him 2 weeks to send me a purchase agreement then wanted to charge 10% commission. When I declined he didn't try keep my business. I guess if I was selling a 500k property vs. 50k I would have gotten better service. They just seemed disinterested from the start then tried to gouge me in the end - maybe their way of saying "we don't want your business".
