Dr Batista in the ER probably saved my life by giving me a honest talking to when I considered signing my stubborn self out one early Friday morning. As far as the rest of the stay I was treated very well.

I had to go for extreme dehydration after hurricane irma. Was in er all day checked into room that night. Had my mother with Alzheimer's with me. Was there 4 1/2 days. Nurse were awesome and helped with my mother which they did not have to.
Considering generator power, short staffed due to hurricane. They took great care of both of us.
Costreally expensive but insurance took care of worst of it. Overall very satisfied with nurses care. Doctors changed daily. Only complaint shower had no pressure and no hot water but there had just been a huricane so running water felt like a plus.response / report this review -

Don't ever go to Physicians Regional Hospital off pine ridge road in Naples.
I don't even know how they haven't been shut down already. My father originally went to hospital for a complaint of bad stomach and chest pain. They found his aorta bursting, so they went in and did surgery immediately which unfortunately resulted in a stroke. He lost vision, Motor skills and other complications. They also did some test, they found another onset which requires another surgery/testing for Monday. Why would they send him home, when he needs to come right back a day later? They told me That he didn't need therapy or rehabilitation, when he clearly does. He barely has vision, he is not in right state of mind, he is hallucinating, no ability to stand up straight and walk without falling over, and he needs assistance in everything he does. Why is he not Still in hospital?
They sent my father home yesterday with a black eye (which he didn't have the last two days I was there). Telling me they don't know how he received it, and they have my dad so drugged up he doesn't know how it happened. I believe he was mistreated and neglected. That is why they were so anxious to get him home. They did not want to take responsibility. They even knew his house is two story's, has no power and flooded from
This hurricane. You tell me how is he supposed to get up and down stairs to get in a bed? Regardless he should have been sent to a rehabilitation center.
I have already called the state abuse hotline for patients and talked to director of hospital. It will be getting investigated.
I am beyond disgusted, and refuse to let them get away with such unprofessionalism.

This place is awful!!!!! They call it a hospital yeah right! So many loud people and noises and no one here seems to actually care about there jobs. My brother finally gets called and my dad and I walk up with him to go to the nurse and she rudely says "one visitor." With the worst attitude. I told her we are all family and she rudely repeated herself. SO sorry I do not want to wait for my sick loved one in a freaking waiting room! Unbelievable! Go elsewhere

🤚WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, WORST HOSPITAL I'VE EVER VISITED, THE WORST STAFF I'VE EVER SEEN. I BELIEVE THESE NURSES TOOK A 90 HOUR COURSE ONLINE DIDN'T EVEN GO TO SCHOOL, NO ONE NEW ANYTHING. I HAD MY DAUGHTER THERE IT WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE. I STAYED WITH MY DAUGHTER DAY AND NIGHT .HER VITALS WERE ONLY TAKEN ONCE. THEY DIDN'T COME ONLY ONCE FOR MEDICATION, OTHER THAN THAT NEVER SAW THE NURSE AGAIN. PILLS ON THE FLOOR, THEY DREW BLOOD ON MY DAUGHTER AND THE LADY THAT DREW THE BLOOD THREW THE NEEDLE , IN THE TRASH CAN THAT WAS EXTRA FULL OF JUNK WHEN NEEDLES ARE SUPPOSED TO BE IN A SPECIAL HAZARDS CONTAINER. NO CLEANING WHILE SHE WAS THERE .FROM A - F IT'S F FOR FAILURES AND I'LL ALSO GIVE IT A U FOR UNSATISFACTORY. I THINK THE HOSPITAL SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN AND TURN IT INTO A SCHOOL FOR ALL THOSE UNDER EDUCATED NURSES AND STAFF THEY HAVE. BY THE WAY VERY RUDE AND UNETHICAL. I'VE GIVEN 1 STAR BECAUSE IT WOULDN'T LET ME MY REVIEW, BUT IT DOESN'T DESERVE 1 STAR. IT DESERVES NOTHING BECAUSE ITS NOT WORTH ANYTHING. I was working there is a beautiful place to be. As Employees as patients they need to improve quality not quantity because nurses have to much PT and the room suppose to be one for room the new company was using 2 pt for room and the quality getting down because that and others issued that they need to fix, but they staffing there are really professional and caring.

I have had several Wonderful experiences with Doctor Cera and all of the staff. Both my wife have had to have surgery there. They have always made me feel like they are here to make me feel the best I can.

I was not a patient, but my 97-year old mother was. They treated her well, and for that I give them 5 stars. But, their phone manners are atrocious. I've complained in the past and was told that it would be better. Not so much. I always get cut short, and passed from staff to staff. Customer Service is a big 0 here.

After being admitted, my HIPPA rights were violated (I also happened to work there, not a good place to work). My supervisor looked at my medical records illegally and went to my hospital room. To this day, they have refused to discuss this with me or give me a written report (after several attempts to ask them for information). I also know first hand that there auditing process was flawed too. There could have been several HIPPA violations to patients but the system was flawed. Dont waste your time with these jerks.

Parent was seen in E.R. for stomach pains. Brought right in for tests & mri, needed emergency surgery. Within a few hours on a Friday night a surgery team was ready. Surgeon showed us pics & explained what was wrong, what he fixed,& took the time to answer our questions. Nursing was prompt & caring. Everyone was nice & accommodating during the 4 day stay.

ER experience was good. Facility is clean & new and the staff were nice/polite, but I would not come here again because they do not have enough doctors or staff. On my first day admitted here I waited a full day before a doctor finally came to see me at 6pm. The second day my tests showed I could be released, but once again I had to wait until 3pm to get a doctor to provide discharge orders. I had the same issues with getting lab testing - they were supposed to come at 4am, and they didn't arrive until 11am.
