Philips has been my go-to for jewelry for a generation. They have a wide selection and a great price range to fit any budget. Their offerings are unique, I never feel like I'm getting same thing I could pick up anywhere else. They also vary things regularly. Their in-house design options are GREAT. They have a stable staff who have gotten to know me well enough that I trust their suggestions and recommendations. They keep great records including photos so we can go back through the purchase history, and they are always ready and willing to make returns if necessary. Total class.

Patient with me. Not pushy. Worked to get the absolute best (custom) design based on my preferences. (And do I ever have preferences.) Good value. Transparent. Cannot recommend more highly. (And compared with another excellent custom jeweler simultaneously; Philips was superior.)

Philips always does such a wonderful job with jewelry! Enjoy going in there to look around! Ben and all the staff are so helpful and kind! My wedding ring is so beautiful! Love having custom work done locally!!! Best jewelry place in eastern Iowa!

Hats off to Joann and the folks at Philip s diamond shop .they created the most amazing ring for me!!and this is not the first time I have used Philips. So if you want amazing perfect and excellent stunning peice of bling done right stop in .they are fantastic. ..thank you so much for creating a memory ring for me.

I was all smiles when I picked up my wedding ring today. It looks as beautiful as it did when my husband gave it to me 17 years ago! I was impressed with the overall care, professionalism and kindness of the staff at Phillips. From the intake process to receiving the final product, I felt like they took great care and attention to detail when resizing, securing cleaning, and restoring my diamond and wedding band. I'd highly recommend Phillips.

Philip's restored, repaired and resized a 100 year old family ring for me. It is gorgeous and looks like new! There was even an inscription inside the band that they restored after the resize. Matched the font. I am SO pleased with the craftsmanship. I would DEFINITELY recommend Philip's to everyone I know!

Took my wedding ring in to get resized and was welcomed by Patricia. She was very pleasant and she explained everything to me to how much it would cost to making feel good about leaving my diamond. Told me it would be a week and it took less then a week. Went and picked it up and it fit perfect and was also shining. Patricia was very friendly and made you feel right at home. I would HIGHLY recommend Philips Diamond Shop to anyone even the prices are reasonable and lower then others. Will be going back again..

I highly recommend Philip's Jewelry. I live in Marion and try to do business locally when I can, but I would travel to Philip's Jewelry even if they weren't in Marion. We worked with Patricia, who was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. No hard sell, just listened to our situation and offered possible solutions. We are extremely happy with the outcome! My husband worked with Philip's back in 2014 to redesign my engagement ring. The ring was originally my mother's engagement and wedding bands, and Philip's worked with my husband to redesign and re-set my family heirloom. I could not be more impressed with their work! We came back earlier this year (2016) to have them work on our wedding bands, which we also had them engrave, and I'm thrilled with how everything turned out! I come in for regular cleanings, and their staff is always friendly. I'm sure they could create and beautify anything you bring to their door!

Cannot speak highly enough about this place. I traveled to 6 other jewelry stores before ending up here all around Cedar Rapids area to find the perfect place to get an engagement ring made. Philips exceeded my expectations and made a very positive experience. All my jewelry needs will be done at Philips from now on.

I started looking for engagement rings in November of this year knowing that I was completely ignorant about anything having to do with engagement rings. I reached out to Ben at Philips looking for help/advice. He generously walked me through the process, answering any and all questions no matter how ridiculous they seemed. The ring I wanted was going to take some effort as it was not a common diamond, and I also was hoping to have it by NYE. Ben tirelessly searched and kept me updated every step of the way. When NYE rolled around a beautiful purple diamond engagement ring showed up on my doorstep, and by the end of the day I was engaged. I can't recommend Ben and Philip's Diamond Shop enough, diamonds are affordable and the customer service is out of this world.
