The rudest service I have ever experienced. After few washes all of the buttons of mu shirts are cracking. And it is more expensive and slower than other dry cleaners.

Dont know why this place has bad reviews.

The employees were polite. I got a suit jacket dry cleaned and it was good. I am going back today to pick so more.

My only criticism is that they need to have more open hours on the weekend but that is Iowa City for you.

I've always been very happy with the quality of dry cleaning. I take all of my wool slacks and suits here. I'm not sure why this place is getting bad reviews from others. I've always gotten my clothes back at the promised except for one specific instance.

I'm not sure why this place has such terrible reviews. We take my husband's dress clothes in every week and they do a great job. They aren't the most talkative people, but they are polite and always remember us by name. We called around and checked prices before deciding on a dry cleaner since we go so often and they had the best prices.

Probably the meanest person I have ever met. I just dropped off my stuff about 5 minutes ago and if I didn't need it done so fast I would take it all back. She rolled her eyes at me once because I wasnt spelling my last name fast enough for her and twice because when she asked for my phone number I gave her the area code first and she didnt need that. The results better be immaculate or I won't be paying for that crap.
