Went in to get a link taken out. Was charged $10, seemed a little much but got it done right. Helpful and friendly.

They don't know what there doing. Horrible customer service. I was put on hold for 10 min. I hung up called back. He didn't even remember what i wanted!

Have dealt with them for years and no problems until now. Cocky kid in the loan dept. was very rude and short with me. Ended up walking out, and will ''never'' go back with him there.

Would recommend over EZ Pawn any day. Fair pricing and exceptional customer service. Honest and willing to work with you to get the best deal either on a pawn loan or a sale. Purchased two computers from them over the years and no issues at all. They care about what merchandise comes in. Been a customer since 2014 and have not been disappointed once.

Do not let the fact that Siegel's is partly a pawn store throw you. This is the BEST place in Cedar Rapids to buy jewelry. Nice selection of new jewelry and if they don't have it, they'll make it or find it. The staff is very pleasant and they have always been very reasonable with pricing and fair with any sort of issue. My husband buys all my jewelry there, including my wedding set, and everything I own appraises for much more than we paid. Do yourself a favor and go, especially if you're in the market for certified diamonds. Avoid the chain jeweler mark ups and get excellent customer service. You won't be disappointed!

Siegels jewelry and loans is a joke they quoted me a price over the phone and then when i get there they said they didnt want to give me anything.

The best place to find jewelry in Cedar Rapids. Don't be scared away by it also being a pawn shop. I got an excellent deal on an engagement ring. They will also order or custom make anything you could want.

Best place in town for beautiful jewelry and for great stereo equipment The staff is absolutely WONDERFUL I LOVE shopping here and will continue to do so I am so glad that this shop is in our town
