Very poor communication, oftentimes they said one thing, then another thing happened in relation to what they said and I never heard an update from them. When we got dropped (for too much utilization of service) they continued to send us offers and spam mail and never informed us we were being dropped, we found out from State Farm directly. Would not recommend this agent.
