  Sloane is wonderful! I don’t even have to worry about figuring out what I want to do with my hair, she helps me find something that suits me and is easy to maintain. 10/10 strongly recommend.

  Attended the Curly Girl event. Would like to have seen actual complete demonstrations for the women. Watching a man get his hair clipped and sheared for 45 mins didn't have anything to do with the theme of the event.

  Your site said consult went toward service,still charged consult fee and stylist did a terrible job had to make her cut it over and still not at all what I wanted.could have done better my self. Never come back

  I was recommended to try a hair stylist at the Gahanna Salon I arrived at the time of my appointment and was told the stylist was held up in a class and would not be there for my appointment They said they tried to call me ten minutes before I arrived and did not reach me at home(I was on my way to the salon, This was a very shocking development but the manager spoke with me and found another stylist that would cut my hair.
  The situation was immediately better I got my hair cut by an experienced professional . I love it!!!
  Thanks to Anita, I will go back to the salon . As for the behavior of the scheduled employee, I am very glad I did not meet her.
  Penzone's has always had a great reputation in Columbus. I sm surprised this unprofessional behavior is tolerated.

  Check-out employee needs re-training in CS skills. Purchased a $200 GC and I asked A.A. for a bag so it looks more presentable - I noticed her attitude in having to walk 5 feet for one. I said thank you and no reply from her, just a blank and dead stare, typical high school arrogance. So much for giving my business to this place - it is not appreciated.

  My stylist was nice enough and did a good job on my hair. The older woman who did my nails was friendlier and far more chatty.
  
  Scheduling is a bit of a pain here and same-day canceled/rescheduled appointments are far too common.
