Room not very clean, we saw old underware on side of dresser, drain in shower blocked with hair, and air didnt get very cold and was really loud.
Breakfast not good, coffee worse.
Staff was nice.

Stayed here while stuck on a layover in which my bags were checked with the airline overnight. They were so accommodating, providing toothpaste and toothbrush and just everything I needed. Great staff.

Pretty far from the airport. Clean room. Refrigerator and microwave were in working order. Friendly staff. Great complimentary breakfast.

I like this Hampton, perhaps because it is always where I stay when I come to Hoffman Estates and I am a creature of habit but I do believe it is mostly because of the friendly staff and consistency in comfort.

It is a nice property, located in a business park area. Lots of services/restaurants (hello Starbucks) within a mile. The rooms are always clean and comfortable I love their pillows.

The staff -- over the last few years that I have stayed here, the staff is unwavering in their service and friendliness. All the staff.

The free breakfast is solid I am a Hampton Waffle junkie so I am pretty easy to please but their oatmeal is pretty darn good too.

It is a Hampton, not the Ritz but it is a four star Hampton for sure.

UPDATE:
Increased to four stars because of the amazing housekeeping staff! The rooms were clean and the housekeepers were so friendly!

I absolutely love the rooms, but the service was not the best. The front desk lady was rude and even though we had called ahead weeks before to reserve rooms on the first floor, they said they only had rooms available on third.

Great room for the price. I've stayed at the Hyatt next door too. The Hyatt is slightly nicer, but not worth the extra cash. I've also stayed at the la Quinta near by, and hawthorn suites on the other side of the highway This is my favorite. Breakfast in this Hampton is very good. The bagels were nice and fresh. Very good oatmeal and toppings. Our suite had a kitchen, but not many dishes. The suite was large and beds were comfortable. Clean pool and hot tub. For $99, I feel like I made out very well. I'd stay here again rather than the Hyatt.

Great experience. Plenty of room for our large family. Friendly helpful staff and great free breakfast. Hotel over all has a great "home" feel to it. Felt welcome from the start. Rooms are spacious and laid out well. Construction was a bit tricky around hotel but overall would stay there again!

love the waffels and potatoes at breakfast. but one ay they had poppy seed bagels and only one person took one. then the next day they had it again. ladybugs in the room, computer was down for a while, not the best.

Came here with some family to visit a friend. The hotel is quite nice. The breakfast is more than you would normally find at a hotel, the room prices were much lower than what we had anticipated, rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. Though the pillows were a bit different. Almost more cylindrical than a rectangle. Overall, I would recommend to anyone that they stay here if visiting the area.

Hotel was not what I expected from a Hilton property , Everything from elevator to treadmill , TV, side entrances were not working. The room was alright for the price. Despite all these flaws , It was the front desk agents that made my stay somewhat enjoyable. The young gentlemen at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with my stay. I believe his name was Romeo,Juan as well as the overnight worker (dont remember his name , however he was on the heavier side ) showed amazing customer service towards me.

Nice hotel I have stayed there many times. Twice now, like a bonehead I have left important things in the room when I checked out. The first time I kept calling back each day (including the day I checked out) and they could never locate it. That last time I went back in 2 hours later and the lady at the front desk check list and found and couldn't find it but took my number to continue looking. She called the next day to tell me it was not in the room, but that they would call if it turned up. I called the next day in hopes of getting it back, I was told that they were not responsible for my stuff and even accused me of lying about even stopping back in for it. (The lady I spoke to claimed she was there on the day I checked out and never saw me) Anyway, I know it is my fault for leaving stuff but I think the fact the staff can just keep my things the same day I leave and accuse me of lying about it shows what kind of business they run here. Unfrortuante, it is a nice place but there are many comparable options in the area.
