This location is very comfortable, lovely rooms~ This was the second time doing an overnight stay here. The front desk staff were much nicer to my boyfriend and me this time. My first visit we weren't as well welcomed, I'm assuming because of our casual attire and having been traveling all day. Not the experience I'd expected from a luxury hotel~ We ordered room service for food which was quick and tasty! Server was very helpful and polite~

Great hotel! It's in the perfect location. Our room was on the top floor with great views. We enjoyed walking Michigan Ave. The front desk staff were exceptionally wonderful! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all.response / report this review -

Delicious meal. I ordered the hanger steak and fries. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The "chocolate cake" was more of a pudding dessert. It was a little rich for me, but the rest of our party enjoyed it. Great service and a relaxed atmosphere.

Great location! Great views! Loved the restaurant & bar. The staff was very helpful with things to do. I would approach with caution though. We stayed for 2 nights on one of the romantic packages. We didn’t get to do the cooking class cause it was unavailable the days we were there. When we checked in the room wasn’t ready, so they sent us down to the bar with complementary drinks. When I showered the bathroom had hairs on the ceiling that I informed staff about but was never addressed. The sink in our room wasn’t draining properly, we had to call staff to fix it which they did promptly.

A nice hotel that had an air of class. You are greeted upon arrival by a polite porter. The reception is on floor 3. When you arrive in the tastefully appointed lobby, you are met by a helpful receptionist who provides you with clear directions to your room and also information about the amenities on offer, should you require them. The room itself was fairly smart. However, it was rather dimly lit. Whilst I'm sure it would be perfect for seducing a girl over a glass of Pinot Noir, it is rather impractical and gives the hotel a slightly depressing side. Other than that, I fail to find fault with this hotel. Next time I'm in Chicago, I will definitely use the Omni. (Even if it does require the purchase of several torches!)

No free WiFi and no fridge in a suite like this is sort of a bummer, and the gym wasn't much, especially considering the nightly rate. But this hotel has 2 things going for it: roomy rooms, and a great, great location. Staff was generally pretty cool except for one dude, whom I won't call out in detail here, because I think he was probably "just doing his job."

Tried this hotel for the first time due to an excellent sale on Hotwire, and was pleasantly surprised. Competes well with the other 4-5 star hotels in downtown Chicago. Staff was great. Only downside - the mini bar had already been raided by a past guest and despite our notifying the front desk immediately upon arrival, we were still charged. All in all, though, an enjoyable stay.

We didn't know what to expect from Omni, but it was great! The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable. My husband and I slept very well. The staff was very friendly and informative. Along with all of this, it was right off of the Magnificent Mile, and we were just steps from a day of shopping and sightseeing at the Navy Pier.

Customer service is at its best here! I have celiac and when I asked if there was a way to get a small fridge for food items I would have to pick up from the store they brought one right away and were s sweet about it! The rooms are split into two.areas. it's really nice to have a full couch to sit on to relax. The toiletries are also really nice. We still need to visit the bar and restaurant because I hear it's fantastic. But with so much to do and around here I haven't made it to the hotel amenities. I definitely will be choosing Omni again in other cities after the wonderful experience I have had.

The Omni was a very pleasant stay for my wife and I. Or room was clean, had a wonderful view, and was decorated well. The staff was friendly and we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more! We find ourselves within walking distance of many great restaurants, bars, and shipping. Location was great! The only thing we noted were the constant sirens from the nearby children's hospital. If you need complete silence to sleep, I'd maybe look around.response / report this review -

The Omni was great. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was close to everything! One complaint was that it was a bit noisy due to a hospital near by (lots of ambulances). Next time we will request a room on the opposite side of the hotel.

Great location - walk almost everywhere 10 min or less. Staff very friendly and helpful. 676 restaurant wonderful option without leaving hotel (food/drinks comparable to other establishments in area (price/quality). They should really push 676 more! Got great deal for off-season (late March).
