Great hotel! The adjustable bed hardness is an excellent addition. Pretty nice except the bathroom shower in the business suite tends to leak into the rest of the bathroom itself. The drain doesn't seem to get rid of the water fast enough and the floor is pretty much level with the rest of the bathroom.

A touch of luxury and spacious living conditions in an unlikely neighborhood. A very comfortable place to stay with close proximity to the airport and major highways. Trendy bar in the lobby. Nice pool in the back. Plenty of parking space.

We booked this hotel to stay over the night before our cruise due to its location to the airport. I specified joining rooms so that we can visit with my parents before boarding the ship. Our room was not ready and no reason was given when we arrived at 2pm. By 4pm it was finally ready. Still no reason was given and no additional information about the hotel amenities. (I read here that there was breakfast. No one told us of this at any point.)
Once we checked into the room we found dusty mugs, only green tea and decaf k-cups. No real coffee. No clean mugs. The desk top in the room was sticky, not to mention that the entrance area of the suite was very dark. (Limited lighting). There were no door knobs to the adjoining room.
I found the person who checked in my parents to be very unprofessional. Brady, who helped my husband check in after 4pm was helpful.
Side note: vending machines are not the same as a gift shop. Having a sign with the words gift shop leading a guest to some vending machines is misleading.
The only good things we could say about EB Miami is that the shower was magnificent.
We will not be back and we will warn our friends to lodge elsewhere.
I wrote this same review on another site but was unable to respond to the management's reply; where I was blamed for the delay of the room being ready. I did use an online site that did not have the option to request adjoining rooms, which is why I called soon after booking on May 21. I was given our room numbers at that time. Amazing hotel!!! Close to the airport (offer free airport shuttle rides), nice outdoor sitting area by the pool (was pretty quite and relaxing when we were there) and very friendly staff. Our room was outstanding! For the price we paid we got a lot of luxurythe bathroom was spectacular and extremely clean, the bed was super comfortable, and there was a lounge area by the window that could be closed off from the bedroom (if you needed some privacy). Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is very nice and clean. Well stocked mini bar. The highlight is the bathroom. Large walk-in shower that could fight about 6-8 ppl comfortably, dual rain shower heads with 4 additional jets and a detachable wand. The bed mattress was a sleep number which felt wonderful. High end finishes. Definitely will be back

A very high end place. Our flight out of Barbados was delayed which caused us to miss our connecting flight so the airline accommodated us so we wouldn't have to spend the night in the airport. Every room was a suite and some even had bidets. Very well stocked bar but beer choices were slim. Staff was nice and shuttle was on time.

Modern room with a beautiful granite bathroom counter/floor and multiple shower heads. Comfortable bed that can be manually adjusted to be soft or firm based on your preference. Motion floor lighting in each room that will automatically turn on in case you need to get up in the middle of the night and can't see where you're walking. Loved the room and would not hesitate to stay there again. Highly recommend!

Good prices and great atmosphere. Walking in there's a classy bar and lounge area. The rooms looked new and well kept. Bed was comfortable, the showers were amazing, relaxing, and has a marble seat inside the shower. There's a fully stocked mini bar and snack choices in room. The gym has great brand new equipment, treadmill have a virtual screen that has jogging trails from different countries, also has cable row and some real deal workout equipment Would recommend to anyone and everyone totally 5 star

The location is not amazing (unless ya need to be close to the airport) but it's one of the best hotels I've been to. The staff is so amazing (and attractive). The food is delicious. But the rooms are the best. Huge, fancy, comfortable and so so so so nice. There is a great little cafe\liquor store close by too.

My husband and I stayed here after returning from a cruise. I must say the staff are some of the most professional people we have ever dealt we. We have traveled all over the world and this staff is top notch.
The restaurant staff and the bar staff are exceptional. Liubenj was our waiter and made sure he met our every need.
The front desk mailed a package to me that was left in a taxi. The taxi driver was honest enough to return it to the hotel and the hotel forwarded it to my home.response / report this review -

Our flight was delayed and American Airlines set us up in this hotel a few minutes from the airport. The hotel has a private shuttle that picked us up. Check in was smooth. We got there late and their restaurant was about to close. Luckily a gentleman named Juan made accommodations for us and we had a great meal. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and quality of the room. All modern European style. Beds are very comfortable. Shower has all sorts of nozzles. Large TV. We decided to stay an extra night and check out the town. On our second night at the hotel we hung out at the bar and once again had exceptional service from the gentlemen at bar. Check out also very smooth. The private shuttle took us back to the airport. We definitely will be staying here again when in Miami.
