Outstanding atmosphere and facilities. My girlfriend and I ate at Pao and every bite was even better than the next. Highly recommended!

Very quaint, friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms. You hear every conversation from the common space echoing through the hotel. No coffee the first day - no breakfast at all second day!

Rude staff who don't want to work. Came here in afternoon and all the staff were hiding at the back. I wonder if Alan knows - what clown manages this place?

Beautiful Property, Rooms, and Great Service - with a few minor issues. I stayed here one night. Very pleased with the reception, valet, lobby bar ($$$) and library/first floor lounge area which were all exceptional. Lisette (?) was outstanding. I went to the Faena Hotel and Theater just across the street for dinner and a show (Sensatia) - wow that was really fantastic. Back at Casa Faena the room had a faint but distinct odor of smoke in the sitting area, a replacement room I was offered also had a faint cigarette smoke smell in the sitting and bed areas. So i stayed put. The bathroom fan in my room (30) was unusually loud and could not be turned off unless the light was turned off - a minor point - it sounded like that thing was ready for space flight!

Casa Faena is part of the group that developed the district Faena, located on Collins Avenue between 31st and 35th streets. It is a small hotel, built on a historic structure of the city of Miami and decorated in the colonial style. It does not have a swimming pool and although it is not on the beach, it only takes 2 minutes to reach it. For being part of the group Faena, you can use the facilities of the Faena hotel except the pool.

AMAZING!! The quality of the staff was amazing! The Art Deco design makes you feel in an exotic tropical place, the breakfast food is 6 out of 10 but the dinner food is like 14 out of 10 ! Incredible quality and prices for south beach!!! I want to make a special mention about the beds 🤤🤤🤤 they were to die for!! I'm honestly calling them and ask them the brand and get me one of those, they also have an area on the beach where you can ask for beach chairs and umbrellas and the people over the beach is also really accommodating, in conclusion it was an awesome experience, i would highly recommend this place to everyone!

OMG the bed here is like being in my mom's womb all over again. I had the best sleep here ever. The staff here are just superb. did I mention Armando the manager who was so accommodating and amazing love it here and I will be back.

I surprised my boyfriend with a weekend trip to Miami Beach for his birthday and we stayed at Casa Faena. We LOVED IT. All the staff was so friendly and really catered to our every need. We also got welcome cocktails upon arriving and we were literally steps away from the beach where we had umbrellas, chairs and towels waiting for us. These perks were also included in the price. We were about an 8-10 dollar uber ride to where all the action was, but I liked this as we got to escape all the noise. When we come back to Miami Beach, we will definitely stay here again.

Day 1; I met Alejandro.. he made me feel welcome and right at home. Helpful, friendly, I can tell he meets no strangers. I am happy here. I selected the right hotel. I am about to walk across the street to the beach once I finish my wonderful breakfast. This place looks just like the pictures. I am in the "Queen" room and it's adorable, beautiful and comfortable. The bathtub is much smaller than I expected but the shower makes up for that.

Very nice historic hotel just a block from the beach in Mid-Beach in Miami Beach. Wonderfully accommodating staff with very nice amenities.

Location was great, right across the street from the beach and on main strip. Hotel and room had almost a vintage feeling to it, very elegant decor and atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Although I only stayed 1 night, (about a total of 12 hours) I had no issues at all and genuinely enjoyed my stay, therefore would definitely recommend it.

Very stylish and nice hotel just 200m from the beach. Due to contruction works is was a little loud but nothing serious (that is why it put on star less). The hotel offers an exclusive area at the beach with towels, etc. It was included in the hotel room price. Service was excellent. Great place and totally to recommend
