Performance East did a great job for me. Wrecked my ATV and now it is back to form. I would like to say thanks to the polite staff and the hard work they did. I highly recommend this shop for service and sales. Most honest and thorough Can Am service department I have worked with. Thanks again!

Once they get their money they could care less about you. Customer service is a joke and your "warranty" is no such thing, they tell you when stuff breaks that unfortunately the warranty doesn't cover this. I've bought a 15000k atv brand new and out of the 6 months I've had it they have had it for 2 months and never fixed any of my issues with the bike. I had to pick the bike up not fixed and fix it myself. BEWARE

Taken my side by side in to get worked on, it took over two months to get it back and was told several times that it would be done and was lied to. Finally went to pick it up finished or not and the owner of the place was very rude. Said he didn't have time to worry with it that he was only concerned about boats and tried to run me out of his office. For sure not the way to treat any customer! As I told him, I will NEVER buy from performance east again and will never recommend anyone to by from there! Only reason for giving one star is because I don't have the option of giving no stars. Very disappointed with this company. The only good thing they did was deliver it to me when it was finished

Just paid this company $71,152.00 for a boat. Now had my delivery date changed three times. According to what I was told. Since they have a boat show this coming weekend they do not have the staff available to take care of a current customer and have the boat prepped and made available to ship. I personally have had to change my own schedule 3 times to accommodate them, instead of them accommodating their customer.
I would recommend anyone doing business with this company to take what they say with a grain of salt and purchase at your own risk!!response / report this review -

He went above and beyond with helping me make my decision on purchasing my 2017 Polaris General and getting the exact machine I wanted on-site at Performance East. He stayed in contact with me throughout the entire purchasing process."

Called around to get pricing and these guys made it easy and by far the best price around. On top of great pricing my unit was ready, clean and they did everything I had asked them to do. Everyone at the dealership I spoke with made me and my wife feel like we were at home. I would defiantly refer these guys to all my friends and anyone I speak with. Great group of guys to work with!"

I've bought several new as well as a couple of used machines and also a few trailers from Performance East and the Weeks family is always a pleasure to deal with; Mr. Neal, Mrs. Mary, Travis and Stuart always take the time to greet me and talk about things other than business. Long time and continuous customers like myself appreciate the excellent service their service department provides from regular maintenance to break down if they may occur.

Our experience at Performance East was top of the line. I bought my husbands motorcycle here from Mark Bullis. I can't express enough gratitude for his professionalism and kindness. We drove about 3 hours to look at this motorcycle, in which my husband fell in love with. He had been looking , but this bike was the one!!. After discussing cost with Mark, I had decided it was still more than i could spend. Mark helped us out to where it worked out for both of us and I was able to surprise my husband, as he was taking one last look at the bike, to tell him it was his. If we ever need anything we will always go back to Performance East and Mark. It's worth the drive and time to get excellent customer service and top quality items to choose from.

I have always had a outstanding and enjoyable visit. My vehicle was always fixed right the first time. The owners wife has always been gracious and has invited me to eat if I'm there at lunch time. Very nice group of folks.
