Super easy ! I made the plans to get a bike within a week and Eddie at Honda of Melbourne hooked it up! I didn't expect to get a bike so fast but it was super easy and Eddie got everything set up for me and my dad I definitely recommend going to him if you want a great deal and good laughs! Thanks again for everything Eddie at Honda of Melbourne
I am truly pleased with Honda and all of their associates in all departments. They put us in exactly what my husband and I were looking for, and with payments half of what we we're expecting. We will absoutley do future business here and plan on being customers for life!! Thanks again guys!!
10/29 bought a 2017 Goldwing!!! Great bike. Lou was very knowledgeable and helpful. The whole team was excellent. Got me financing and everything! Thanks guys.
I’m in today to have service put on all of my accessories. I’m very happy with the quality and personal service.
Knowledgeable and helpful staff in both sales and service. Unlike most powersports dealerships they still treat you like a customer even after you buy a bike and follow through with what they promise. No smoke or mirrors, just straight forward pricing and financing. I recommend Honda of Melbourne to anyone seeking that thrill ride toy purchase!
I thought the staff and pricing were great. Compared the price of 600RR to other dealers and bought from Honda of Melbourne. They were very knowledgeable of the Honda products they sell. The parts and accessories dept was also reasonably priced and could get what I wanted in just a few days if it wasn't in stock. I would HIGHLY recommend this Dealership for any Honda Motorcycle, ATV, SXS or generator purchase. These guys were great.
I have purchased 3 different bikes from Honda of Melbourne and I have no complaints at all. The sales staff was wonderful wth answering every question I had when purchasing my first bike. If it wasn't for Honda of Melbourne I might have missed out on the bike life.
Great dealer and buying experience! Staff is awesome and will do their best to make customers happy. Recommend it 100%
Been a customer here for about a year now. Can only say good things about the staff's customer service and good attitude. Most of my purchases have been from the parts department; Dakota has great bike detailing and maintenance advice!.
Most recently I purchased my first new motorcycle, a CRF250RL!. Sales man Lou was who I worked with for this purchase. He's a straightforward guy and very experienced rider. Buying a new bike or car is a learning experience. There's different fees involved that are on top of a sticker price. Lou did a great job at explaining all of the process and also at getting me a good value for the motorcycle I traded in.
Great products and the staff here will look after you and your bike like good friends would!.
Lou was the best! As a new rider he was very helpful and informative when I first walked through the door. He helped point me in the right direction for which bike would suit me best. Already put 150 miles on my CBR500R and I couldnt be happier! Overall Lou and Honda of Melbourne exceeded my expectations!
The people I dealt with at the dealership were polite, and they were knowledgeable and professional. After being given the opportunity to test drive a Goldwing for more than an hour, I ended up trading my BMW R1200RT on a new 2016 Wing, red in color. It took quite a bit of negotiating to finally arrive at a price I was willing to buy at, but for me that is normal activity when buying a new vehicle. If I had accepted the original offer, I would have spent 5 to 6K more for the Honda. It pays to do your homework.
My sales person was Tony, and he was excellent to work with. There was no high pressure to buy, and he knew a lot about the product he was selling.
The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the huge disparity between the final trade difference and the original trade difference number I was given. I don't fault the dealership for wanting to make a good profit, but the difference was a bit too much.
I ended up missing the ride of a BMW, so after 2 months with the Goldwing I am now back on a BMW, a new K1600.
I went to this dealership last Saturday only by chance because I was riding by. I wanted to look and motorcycles anyway but wasn't quite ready to purchase. The salesman, Lou, was the person that greeted me and ultimately helped me. There was never a time that I felt pressured to buy or that I was wasting anyone's time by looking around. We eventually discussed what my price range was and he jotted down my info in case they got something in that fit what I was looking for. While walking back to the front I saw a bike that they were working on and inquired about it. He told be what they were doing and said the bike would be ready the following Tuesday. I ultimately bought that bike and am loving it. The whole process was stressfree and easy. I got the bike for the price I wanted and the guys were easy to work with. There are a few people that were interested in buying motorcycles and I have also sent them to this location. I highly recommend this place, and go see Lou. You'll get what you want for a price you are comfortable with within reason.
The manager Tony dealt with me personally. He did not play dealership games. He gave me his best price immediately with no nonsense and even sought out more money for my trade. I did not buy only because I did not bond with the bike. I will be back.
BEWARE of Honda of Melbourne..
My husband and I have bought 2 side x sides (1-500 and 1-700) We have brought them in for the first oil changes and they charge a fortune just for that. Then when something goes wrong with the engine they don't want to cover it under warranty. It has happened to both bikes. Why buy the warranty if they don't want to cover anything? ($$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$) My son has bought 2, 4 wheelers from them and the same thing. They don't want to help you and they charge so much for there hourly rate at $99.00. I am very disgusted with the way they treat there customers. It has gone done hill sense they have moved into there new building. I am warning everyone that the Manager and the Service manager act like they are better then everyone. I took a trip to Can-Am and some of the guys that used to work for Honda work there. If that don't say something about them, I don't know what else does. They just want to rip there customers off!!!! SCAM!!!!!! They are giving HONDA a bad name!!!!
