Sucked. Tried to add the pay off of my vehicle along with the pay off of my lease. When a Dealer buys a lease you only have to pay the difference between what they give you for your vehicle to meet the pay off amount. You don't pay off your lease because the pay off has been met. They wanted to add both to the cost of the car. I would not recommend them at all when buying a car.

    I haven’t bought a car in over 10
Years and purchasing a vehicle was a little overwhelming for me. Mike, Alex, and Brett (just to name a few) were efficient and extremely helpful to work with! I would recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a great experience with a great selection of cars. Thank you Rosner!

Just bought a Chevy Cruze from Alex at Rosner last week. I consider myself a "persistent" customer when it comes to car buying, and he handled it like a breeze. Was always polite and friendly from start to finish, and I came in probably 4 times. And after purchasing, he helped me set up all of the electronics in the car to pair with my phone and other goodies I had gotten. The front desk girl, Brooke, always had a smile and was extremely prompt in processing my payment when it was time. Also, I called and spoke to Dwayne on the phone and was given his phone number if I had any more questions. And when I contacted him, I got nearly instant responses to my questions. Great customer service all around! Oh, and Brian the finance guy was very nice and quick to get through the paperwork on their new high tech signing system!

We had been to several dealerships on the day of our purchase and turned away because they wouldnt or couldn't meet our budget. By the time we got to Rosner we were a little discouraged. However, Our salesman Jay pointed us in the right direction and they never hesitated to get us exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted. It was so nice to have a dealership willing to make the deal and be able to leave happy with the choice we made. I have and will continue to encourage friends and family to come here because of our amazing experience!

Brought car in for a recall. Was told it would take up to 2 hours to fix. Came back 2 1/2 hours later and it still wasn't done. Told them I would have to wait in the waiting room until it was done. After 6 hours I was told it has been done for an hour and was waiting on the paperwork. Told them I had been there waiting for 6 hours, they said they didn't know I was there waiting. I had checked on the progress 3 times while there. If not for being the only Chevrolet dealer in town I'd go elsewhere

This dealership will not budge on their pricing. They attempt to discredit you for even asking to get a different price. I'm even talking about buying a vehicle cash price. They have a 2017 Chevrolet Impala LTZ, 1 owner, with 38,000 + miles on it. In about a month, this vehicle is now 2 years old. They were asking $24,999(?, not sure exact dollar amount). At an average of 12,000 miles a year, this vehicle is approximately 3.16 years old. Remember, the dealership picks your trade apart, why not do it to them. I offer $19,000 cash, expect a counter offer somewhere in the middle. The salesman, chuckles and states, I know my Manager wont even consider this. I had to ask him to get up and ask so I could hear the counter offer. When he return(within 5 minutes). He said his Manager is firm because this car is already a deal and he wont come down. The salesman then had the "man-up" and quoted me the price of the car after tax, tag, etc. and then expected me to sign away like I received a deal. This is not my first experience with this dealership like this. Stay away from this place, it's a waste of time and a rip off.

After stopping by to talk about a new Malibu Hybrid, one of Rosner's newest sales associates, Aubrey, was excited to show the car. After a test drive and talking about the features and benefits of the hybrid, we ran the numbers. We got a super discount on the price of the car and a great price for our trade-in and the deal was done. Brian handled the financial end and it was the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. Chevy is making some great cars nowadays and Rosner is exactly like the home town dealership you always wanted to buy your car from - warm, friendly, and motivated to get you in a Chevy. Try them out!!

This was my first experience car buying and I knew it would be very difficult for me. I drove in with a car that had been purchased by my father who had recently died. I had, to say the least, a strong emotional attachment to the car but it was quite old and in need of costly repairs. Rather than being an excited shopper, happily looking for a new ride, I was instead grief stricken and shopping out of necessity. When I stepped out of my car, I was immediately approached by a salesman. I explained my situation and he couldn't have been kinder or more sympathetic. Jay Capo qualified my needs, and preferences then guided me through the pros and cons of each of the cars I looked at until I found one that felt like a good choice. As I tearfully handed him the keys to my beloved car, feeling like I was giving away a piece of my dad, Jay put an arm around my shoulder supportively and reassured me that Dad wouldn't want me to continue driving such an unsafe vehicle and he was right. I just can't thank Jay enough for making this difficult transition easier. By the way, the first car he wanted to show me, I wouldn't even get near because of the color. I'm now the joyful owner of that exact car and I can't tell you how many complements I've gotten on the color! And now, looking at the car, I can see my father's sense of style. I know he loves my choice. Thanks Jay.

My wife went in to get the brakes worked on her car since it's still under warranty. They tried to tell her the frame was bent and they needed to total the car to try and get her to buy a new one. Still trying to take advantage of my wife they call me to co sign and luckily I had the questioning attitude of how do you go from getting your brakes looked at to getting a new car? Had her test drive it and all, just to get her hopes up even though there's nothing wrong with her car and it's still under 10,000 miles. So I had to drive down to Melbourne and pick up my wife and they sang a different tune once I showed up. Something was fishy with the car salesman from the get go. So my wife has progressive come down there and tell them the car is fine, of course when we go pick it up that particular salesman was nowhere to be found. I talk to the service guys because I'm pissed off now cause the salesmen tried to swindle their way into getting a car sale and they had no idea that the car was even on their lot for a whole week! Melbourne is an hour away for me and my wife was only in town for a job interview since we just moved her because I'm in the military. The service guys are really awesome and nice, they had no idea the car was there and I would definitely recommend bringing your car here. I just would strongly suggest not talking to some of these crooked salesmen that work here. This is my first ever review on anything EVER and I feel like something needed to be said especially since the salesmen weren't around when we picked the keys up. Just be careful. These guys will tell you that you need a new car to get a deal in. Then take your "totaled" car that's never been in an accident and sell it back to another sucker. Unbelievable. So my wife couldn't accept that job in Melbourne since she didnt know what was going on with her car. Luckily she picked something else up pretty quickly. And the best part is that car runs perfectly fine. Thanks for nothing Rosner Chevrolet.

I got exactly the car I wanted (2013 civic) for the best price I could find within about 100 miles of where I live in Melbourne. It was in fantastic condition, and I was pleasantly surprised with a full tank of gas and free lifetime oil changes! The customer service was fantastic! Unlike most dealerships, they didn't give me a hard time at all. Thank you Theresa, Mike & everyone who helped me at rosner chevy!! I love my car!

I was super nervous going to buy another vehicle after my last experience buying my wife a car at another local car dealership. But from the moment I walked in, Mitch took me to the exact vehicle I wanted and when it came down to negotiations, there wasn't any games played, and within 3 hrs I was a new car owner.
Even the finance manager didn't try to push and sell all the extra packages and stuff. It was no pressure all around. Great experience and go see Mitch this weekend and get a great deal on a car.

Greg Costello was absolutely wonderful! The service team found issues that the car should not of had being that I just purchased it from another dealership with a clean Carfax. They fixed everything and even assisted me in dealing with the place that I bought the vehicle because this vehicle should have never been up for sale. It is now fixed, my daughter is so very happy. I will also be picking up a car for myself from your dealership later this week. Thank you for all you have done and keep doing to assist me. GREAT JOB from people that really care!
