Whoops. Realized I accidentally gave a 1 star review. Meant to put 5 stars. Honestly thought I deleted it. But had a great experience with having my car's service done here. Wonderful staff and very competent mechanics. And everything was handled very professionally. 10/10 would change oil here again

I just had the most awesome sales person her name is Sally. She will hook you up and treat you like royalty. I love everything she did for me. I appreciate her kindness. The greatest sale person ever.!!!!

There isn't enough good things I could say about Toyota's Mr. Corey Jordan. His honest demeanor and cool personality immediately put us at ease in our overwhelming search for a new family vehicle.. He didn't rush us & patiently listened while providing in-depth insight to help us make the best choice to suite our needs. It feels good to know that people like him genuinely care instead of just trying to take our money. We definitely will be going back again in the future.

We had a great experience at Toyota of Melbourne. We called and got a price over the phone from Lisa Fountain. She was very professional to deal with and did everything she promised. We drove from Orlando because our local dealer wouldn't give us the same deal. Once we got there, we were done and driving our car within an hour! Fantastic service!!! We will be back in 6 months to get another one. Thanks Lisa for the great experience!

We bought a Highlander from Julio Comte about a year ago. Julio was incredibly professional, courteous, service-oriented, and personable. He made us feel comfortable and confident through our purchase process by explaining clearly and simply all details and answering all our questions. His honesty and sincerity are evident in his behavior. He took time to explain to us each and every amenity in our new car and how they worked, including helping us with the settings, which were somewhat complicated. After the sale, Julio has stayed in touch with us regularly following up on us and on our car and asking if he can help us in any way. We are very grateful to Julio. He is a wonderful human being and has become a valued friend. He is a great asset to Toyota and we can only hope that Toyota Management recognizes his worth as he deserves.

Inconsistent!! Yes the service department “Assistance Service Managers” are friendly and curious. But, although they freely hand out their business cards, two out of three haven’t ever responded to my voice messages. Here is the last 3 times I have taken in my 2015 vehicle with 48k miles.
Needed regular scheduled service oil change etc and new tires. Charged $56 to check brakes, no replacement done, was convinced battery was bad, needs replacement $98 plus $33 labor, additional ethanol treatment $25, Tires $255 Labor. Total bill $1315. The tech forgot to reset the car computer so it still showed Maintenance Required. Although per the tire “guarantee” I am required to return for inspection and rotation, the tech failed to update window sticker with dates.
When I received the car I had to immediately return to have the computer reset. Then within a day a discovered the window washers were not working, also experiencing strong rotten egg smell in the cabin. I tried to schedule a time to come back in but was unable because of my work. 2 months passed and I thought I should check on the tires, so I tried to call the asst service manager.
After waiting a week for a return of my messages, I finally came in, naturally they could not look the washer so I scheduled for the next service day. When I arrived they had no record of my appointment. Again I could not wait the several hours they guessed it would take.
SO what am I suppose do, per my tire I am required to take the vehicle in periodically but with this service I don’t want to go backresponse / report this review -

Had an amazing car buying experience with Mick Fields @ Toyota of Melbourne! I traveled from out of state to buy a Tundra and it was the most seamless, pain free vehicle purchase I have ever had. I can't say enough great things about the customer service here @ Toyota of Melbourne! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Julio Compte goes above and beyond for you! If you come in with a budget in mind, he will try his best to meet your needs. He will gladly answer any questions to the point where you are comfortable making a deal. He has 10 years of experience and it really shows. He treats you like a friend and will be completely honest when it comes to finding the best deal. I recommend Julio to everyone!

Buying a new vehicle is a process that I place just above removing my appendix with a spoon on the fun scale. That said, our experience with Toyota of Melbourne was painless. We were able to get our Highlander at a great price and Larry our salesman was fantastic. I do a lot of research before car shopping, and it was evident right from the start that Larry knows the Toyota products exceptionally well. He's a no BS guy who will go out of his way to make sure his customers are happy.

Josh Giles was great. A number of things about our dealings with him impressed us. He was genuine, friendly, and knowledgeable about the models in which we were interested. There was no pushy salesmanship from Josh or from his sales management. In our situation, which caused us to need some time to make a decision, he was extremely patient and made time for us on multiple visits. Josh took extra time after all of the paperwork was completed to link my phone to the car using Entune and to walk me through setting up all of my preferences and safety features. In addition to Josh’s service, closing the deal and completing the finance paperwork was the simplest and smoothest in my dad has ever been through. We will definitely buy another car from Toyota of Melbourne, and we will make an effort to use Josh to help us do so!

Very happy with the entire team! Larry Plotnik in sales was very informative and patient with me and since it took me 2 visits and several test drives over the course of a month before I could make up my mind, I really appreciate it. Don't waste your time going anywhere else and be sure to ask for Larry. He even kept looking for a good deal for me weeks after I left. Both Garth and Ben were great as well, working with us to get a monthly payment we were comfortable with. Now I have a car I love at a price I can afford! Thank you!

I stopped in to look at few different options for my daughter. We were greeted immediately by salesman Josh Giles. He listened to what we were looking for and avoided the pushy sales pitches. He happily pulled two vehicles up to the covered area so we could avoid standing in the sun. One was used and one was old. Josh did not try to sway us one way or the other. He allowed us to work through the pros and cons only giving his opinion when asked. He was very professional throughout the process. Once we decided on the car the negotiation process went quick as the price was fair and we were happy with the terms. In and out of finance quickly on the road. I would not hesitate to send someone over to Josh (sent of friend over a few days ago) or to Toyota of Melbourne. It was a straight forward process without the games. I will go back in the future

WORST. Dealership EVER! We have requested they remove our name from the mailing list for over 4 years. Spoke with a manager named BEN who said he removed us (the most recent request). However today we have another mailer. Well this company lies, does not follow through on their word. Should not take 17 phone calls to request the dealership to leave us alone. We don't want to buy a car from you as last time you wreaked it when it was service and tried to blame us. Thankfully I take photos before and after.
Not sure how many of these are paid reviews or actual customer reviews but this dealership is bad. Make the drive out of the county!response / report this review -

Excellent everything, no joke. The service, the sale and the whole process was so smooth and fantastic!..Mick was awesome, got me the car I wanted with the price just right! Worked with me, and handled it all super fast. Drove home that day with a beautiful new car! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to go there! I drove 2 hours and was so worth it. . . and also go say Hi to Mick
