This place is honestly the BEST. Our room is amazing. And they provide free happy hour every afternoon! We will definitely be back.

This is an absolutely lovely boutique hotel! We stayed for a week during Thanksgiving/Black Friday and the hotel is located next to everything: shopping, subway, tourist sites, Starbucks and the Eugene O'Neill theatre (that's currently playing the Book of Mormons)! We stayed in a suite (which was a very large room) and the hotel offers a free continental breakfast every morning from 7:00am - 10:00am (11?) that consists of muffins, danishes, bagels, yogurt, cold cereal, packaged oatmeal, toast, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Staff are very friendly. When we had trouble with the fire alarm in our room (it kept beeping due to a low battery), the attendant came up to our room within 5 minutes to fix it. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to others. What I found slightly odd, was that this hotel doesn't 'celebrate Christmas' (that is, no Christmas tree was in the lobby no wreath, no string of garland no sign of 'Christmas spirit' at this hotel. It's not a turnoff, just noticeable). Guys at least put out a poinsettia plant! Something!

Our daughter is in a wheelchair and they made sure we were comfortable and settled in!

Very clean and modern hotel near Times Square. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Tons of good restaurants and things to do close by.

love the location and the service is amazing! rooms are suuper spacious which is nice! nice bathrooms, comfy beds, and my favorite part is loccitane provides soap to the hotel! like quality soaps! so I was very pleased. the breakfast in the morning was small but it was a quick stop to grab something. they also include chips, apples, and water in the lobby all day and night!

Booked for my birthday weekend and the stay was great. When we got there the room was ready. The front desk personnel was so nice. He mentioned we got there just in time for their complementary wine and cheese hour that they have daily from 4 to 5pm. I mentioned that it was my birthday and when we returned to our room there was a complementary bottle of wine with a birthday card.
Room is clean. Great size for being in the city. Great location !!! Five minutes walk to Times Square.

Location is really close to The Time Square. Rooms are spacious, neat and have good amenities but they feel a little gloomy maybe because of the lighting. Service so far is great. They provide complimentary breakfast and wifi.

The location is great and everything was super clean. Our room was large for NYC standards. I read some of the other reviews and am somewhat confused. They don't advertise themselves as a huge resort with restaurants etc. If however, you want something very nice with a perfect location this is it!

The rooms are small, as expected considering the location.the bed is comfortable with ample blankets. There's a coffee maker in the room, and also free continental breakfast. The full length mirror is a nice addition, and there's an umbrella in the room, to borrow in case of rain. There's good water pressure in the shower, but the floor is not sloped properly. This is my only real complaint, since the water keeps pooling up.

I spent the later third of 2013 traveling through Europe and let me tell you how nice it was to be out of sleazy hotels/B&B's and in a legitimate higher scale hotel.Three of my friends and I split a 2 bed suite on the 23rd floor at only $47/person! Definitely affordable and well worth the price to stay the night in New York, NY . I'm not even sure you could get a Janka hotel off of Lombard for that price on a Saturday night. The staff was very friendly and accommodation to our needs.Quick and simple check-in and check out, no hassle whatsoever.Comfortable lobby and bar area.Clean. Spacious. Safe location. Great view. Would definitely stay here again!
