I had pawn loaned all my music equiptm to pay for rent and was going to pick it back up untill I found out that they are going to charge me $150 interest on a $250 loan. What they failed to tell me was they were charging my $15 a day in storage Fed's. I tried talking to the manager and all he would take off that bill was a insulting $15 off the bill. I've bought and sold with this place for a while but will never deal with this place again after this. I recommend not dealing with these people, but if you do ask questions before you get screwed over like me.

Great service. Came in to pawn my ps4 and got the exact price I was looking fot. Henry was very helpful and was able to get me what I needed in less than 5 minutes. Definitely would recommend.

This shop is one of the best I've been to. The customer service is outstanding and Alex really helped me out and got me just what I wanted for a great price. If you want quality service he's your guy.

I've only been in a couple of pawn shops to sell,a bunch to buy! At pawn1st was quick and very fair priced. Alex, Cat and Selena were amazing with great customer service! Definitely will be back in the future!

Staff was very friendly and curteous. I was made to feel welcomed and they cared about my needs. They gave me a fair price for my pawned items and were willing to work with me on getting everything back. Love this place. Recommend it for everyone.

I want to start off by saying great customer service, one of the associates ALEX was a big help, what turned out to be a quick stop turned into my monthly place to check out for sweet deals. If they don't have it they'll help you find it! They are straightforward and are willing to negotiate very reasonable offers! I'm sure everyone is just as helpful but the Next time your In, ASK FOR ALEX !!! He helped me.

Chad is my favorite! I think he is the general manager. He is always very fair with offering a price to buy/pawn my items, as are all the employees. Best pawn shop I've ever been too. Nice and clean and a huge selection of items for sale

I have been a loyal customer for 7 years and I have never had a bad experience. I can get a loan with no issues and I always get my items within the 3 months undamamaged. I have tried a few pawn shops but none come close to Pawn 1st😁
