Hours of operation:
For those curious, this sight is open from 8 AM to 7 PM AZ time, but the general company hotline for customers is open 8 AM to 10 PM Eastern Time as of 11/3/2017.response / report this review -

Abominable! The software on the web is not user friendly and the phone agents are "unable to make corrections" due to software unfriendliness. Invest your money elsewhere because when you really need service they keep you on hold for literally hours and still do not correct the issue nor even give you the courtesy of a call back and the error is now a multifaceted problem for me to try to correct with IRS and Vanguard. I will be rolling my money out of Vanguard asap! Invest your money elsewhere.

I think my advisor was named Kyle Gerken. I'm speechless. He was clueless and I have no idea how he is working in financial services I hope Vanguard can step up their game and hire employees who know their jobs. I lost around 50k due to his shotty advice. Hope others don't follow in my footsteps.
