Quinton was great, took the time and walked us back to look at Quartz and was very informative. First time in and wont be our last.

Huge selection of granite colors to choose from. At the showroom, you sign in, get a hard hat and a clipboard with a list of all their granite, then spend quite awhile wandering the warehouse aisles looking at slabs. This was our first experience so we didn't understand the process. They get 4 stars for not asking us if we knew what to do and better guiding us. We picked our color, but now have to go back again since we didn't have the information they needed. When you've narrowed your selection, you meet with a specialist who can answer questions, give you pricing, and have slabs pulled for your viewing. First, it really helps to have samples along of whatever you are matching. In our case, it's a kitchen remodel, we are choosing countertop, so we brought a sample of our wood flooring and kitchen cabinets. That was a tremendous help. You could spend hours in there. Our samples enabled us to zero in on what we want, and what, to our surprise, would not look good. You also have to know centimeters, measurements, and quantity of slabs you need. You get this from your fabricator or installer. The pricing from color to color can vary dramatically so that also helps narrow your choice. When you are ready, they pull specific slabs within the same color lots, you pick your slabs, and they hold them for you until installation. It's a lengthy process, but fun too. The staff was friendly, but it was our specialist Alex who explained everything AFTER we'd already spent so much time there looking. He was sent to pull our slabs but figured out we didn't have enough info to actually order them. I wish someone would have explained the process from the start. But, the granite is gorgeous and our kitchen will be too!

Wonderful experience at Arizona Tile thanks to Ariane! Ariane was very helpful with options and ideas for our flooring. She has a great eye, is very knowledgeable, and kept things simple and efficient. She also gave us samples to take home to make sure we were making the right choice. thanks a ton Ariane!!

The main location is OK although staff are not very helpful, but at the clearance yard on the back of the building (showroom on Greentree Dr.) is where all the fun begins. There in an office that no one answers you, no way to figure out how their process work, and those few that show up time to time are very rude. At their office no one even acknowledge anyone who comes in. Extremely poor customer service. Will never go back to this place.

Every time I go into this store I'm reminded why I can't stand it. The staff are dismissive, have zero interest in helping anyone, and treat retail customers like dirt. That in combination with their astronomical prices make them THE PLACE to avoid. Don't bother.

We visited Arizona Tile in Scottsdale and had the most helpful saleslady in the showroom help us. Sadly, we did not get her name. She spent a lot of time showing us backsplashes and giving us different ideas. Then we saw a design in the showroom which was exactly what we were looking for. So from that showroom kitchen counter & backsplash design we changed the granite we were going to put in and ordered the backsplash which was very different, clean and modern looking. One thing AZ Tile does is keep up their showrooms. Scottsdale did not have the slabs we wanted so we went to their Tempe showroom and alas, more GREAT service. We were assigned Quinton Hill in the granite showroom & department. We told him what we were looking for and within minutes he had three slabs pulled for our review. Today I also needed some additional service, i.e., copy of order form and photo of slab. Quinton was immediately on it and sent those items over to us. Their customer service is outstanding as is their quality of stone. And you'll love their prices - very competitive - not the highest in the Valley. I highly recommend AZ Tile.

I walked in around 3pm without an appointment and was greeted with a smile right away. I was shown to the granite customer service desk, where Clay, was happy to assist me right away. Clay set up several slabs for me to look at and really made me feel secure with my decision about my selection. My experience here was absolutely wonderful.

My husband and I went into the store in Tempe several times looking for tile for our kitchen back splash. The people in the showroom are really nice. They gave us samples to take home and showed us various options. We made our decision and went back to order the tile.

In the order fulfillment things are MUCH different. The young man who helped us was quite nice but must have had a good time the night before because he made mistake after mistake entering our order, starting over two or three times. He forgot to give us a receipt and had to run it separately then had to add something and had to run it again. After that long process for 25 sq ft of subway tile and some glass tile, we were told they were out of the subway tile and it would be ordered. The tile was coming from China. OK. He gave us an estimated arrival into the US and then another estimated arrival into AZ. We went home to wait for the tile to come. Meanwhile we made tentative arrangements with our installer for the time frame needed.

We waited, and waited and waited. The estimated time frame came and went. Finally I called the store to ask about our tile. They transferred me to the back area where I was told the tile had been there for a couple of weeks. What ?!? I asked why we had not been called to tell us it was in. He snorted with pure derision and asked if the person who took our order told us when it would be in. I said he gave us an estimated time frame and we were waiting for a call to let us know it was there. With sarcasm dripping from his voice he told me in no uncertain terms that they did not call people. He further told me that if they made those calls all they would do all day long was call people and they did not have time for that kind of thing. I asked how I was supposed to know when the tile was in and he said I should have paid attention to the person who took our order.

Needless to say, next time we need tile, we will be going elsewhere.

Watch for the bait and switch. Our gorgeous slab was sold out from under us and switched to a boring slab for which I would have never chosen or paid. All with no accountability and no apologies. Beware! I never dreamed something like this could happen. I guess I'm too trusting. Never again will AZ Tile Tempe get my business. Still waiting to see if they will right their wrong

My wife and I went to Daltile with an appointment to look at slabs from two different lots for our new build. We picked the slabs we liked and then were told that they weren't available. The lady was helpful, but the experience of picking it out then being told it wasn't available was not fun. So we decided to check out Arizona Tile on a whim, on our way home. What a contrast! We didn't even have an appointment, yet they fit us in and showed us two different lots on the spot. Curt was very helpful. He should get a raise! Seriously! I totally recommend Arizona Tile over Daltile any day.

Worst experience ever. We saved and saved and finally afforded new granite counters. Our fabricator was great, had us go pick our very own slabs. Install went smoothly. A few months in our counters were completely stained with food oils. They were sealed using AZ Tiles recommended sealer and cleaned using their recommended cleaner. We brought the issue up with our fabricator and he got a manager, Gary, involved. Gary came out and saw the problem first hand. He insisted it was an issue with the sealer. They cleaned the counters putting us out of our home for three days because of toxic chemicals. They resealed. Two weeks later the counters were stained again. I called Gary at AZ tile and he said he'd handle with my fabricator. That was months ago. I've followed up and left several messages with no response. We will never do business with them again.
