I love this gym. Will always be my home gym. But the main reason I come her is because of Lauren and Victoria. I love those girls so much! Nothing but bubbly personalities!!

This gym has everything you need for your fitness goals. They've been upgrading equipment over the last few months. I've been doing personal training for the last 3 months with Marci and she is awesome. It's amazing what you can accomplish with the guidance and knowledge of a professional along with your own effort. Keep an eye out for their $10/month membership promos.

I went in to see about their "$9.99 no commitment deal". I asked the gentleman at the counter if it really was month to month without a subscription, and he rudely refused to answer my questions. He told me I had to come the next day to speak with a personal trainer about it, then began ignoring me.

I recently had signed up here just last month but decided to cancel due to it being so busy and having to wait upwards of 10-15 minutes for each machine. After I decided to quit I tried canceling but they cannot cancel my membership at the gym. It seems to me that their operations needs a bit of work. That being said, they gave me a number to call to cancel my membership & it had me waiting at least 10-15 minutes and I finally got a hold of somebody to cancel my membership but they still charged me for a month of being at the gym when I was there for not even a half hour on my first day there. I am truly disappointed & I do not reccomend this gym at all. They also let people in without a membership from what I heard.. At this time I'm fighting the charge with EOS and they are denying it.. The customer is always right

Love this place.. the staff is awesome and my daughter loves the kid center staff.. Ashley & Jenny specially the trainers are also Excellent.. I've been lifting there the last 3 years and I must say"the prices for this 24hr gym are insanely low!".. it use to be Golds so they have all the power lifting equipment plus a bunch of cardio and multiple types of circuit training equipment so ensure you will never plateau.5 stars since I first started

I am a retired disabled veteran, and I was sexually assaulted and harassed by one of the EOS female personal fitness trainer's. Who also, happened to be engaged. She placed her breast on the back of my head and neck a minimum of nine times during a 30 minute session. To include, several advancements to get with me. In addition to, I was verbally assaulted, as well as, made fun of by one of their young arrogant male fitness trainer's when I shared my fitness goals during his so called assessment. Truly not a place who appreciates clientele. Even when you are paying $380.00 dollars a month in personal training fitness dues. Corporate dismissed all of my firm evidence of the sexual harassment text messages and gave me a partial refund. Which covered the paid training sessions that I had not utilized due to the sexual assault and harassment. I have not returned to any of the EOS facilities. The sexual assault and harassment was also, in front of my 16 year old son. This corporation, made it perfectly clear they are not concerned about the people who help them to thrive. Their only concern is placing you on the books as steady income to keep the lights on not you as a person nor your fitness or health needs. I would never recommend such an unprofessional business. Lastly, men and women are victims of sexual assault and harassment. It would have been a very different outcome if I was the predator instead, of being the victim. Boundaries are necessary. Regardless, of the gender, unwanted sexual advancements or sexual attention needs to be respected. Furthermore, sexual harassment is how it is perceived by the one being sexually harassed. Sexual harassment is not something corporate headquarters, nor the personal fitness trainer can say, did not happen.

I have never ever given a bad review. I hope to never in the future.
So disappointed in the illegal "bait and switch" today. Went in to redeem my free trial I was offered online. The sales person told me and I quote "the GM will not allow us to give out the free trials today because it is the last day of the month and we are offering a promotion." I clarified to make sure I heard him correctly. I asked him for the corporate number and he would not give it to me. I then asked the front desk for the corporate number and she would not give it to me either.
I later called back to talk with the GM. He denied what was said to me and said I did not qualify for the free pass because I signed up a couple of weeks ago online. He said "the free pass starts the day you sign up." "If you read the fine print it says it on the website." I told him a few days after I signed up someone called me and said I have to come in and take a tour before I can start the free trial. He said that was not the case. I asked him for his supervisors information and he would not give it to me.
I went back to the website and found the fine print. "Our free pass couldn’t be easier. No credit card is required, just fill out the form on the left side of this page and we will contact you within a couple business days to set up your free pass. That’s it!"
The GM flat out lied to me. I called back to call him on it and he would not take my call. He passed it back to the original person I spoke with. A sad violation to Arizona Deceptive Trade Practices.response / report this review -

NOTE: THIS IS AN OLD REVIEW THAT WAS WRITTEN ABOUT GOLD'S GYM. THEY ARE NOW EOS FITNESS, WHICH I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO.
I hate this gym unlike any I have ever hated, before.
Firstly, the place is always packed. I've gone there as early as 5:00 AM and as late as 7:00 PM. It is always difficult to find a parking spot. It's in a plaza, so you can park in front of another business and walk, but the owners of those businesses don't appreciate that, and I can't blame them. If you're lucky, you'll be able to walk in and start working out but, much of the time, you're going to be waiting around doing nothing for a while.
Secondly, the employees don't enforce the rules, except for the ones at the front desk who will fine you for not bringing a workout towel and bar a guest from coming in and working out with you because he/she forgot to bring ID. You may want to go out of your way to wash down any equipment you plan to use because, more often than not, the person before you didn't bother, and the employees couldn't care less.
Thirdly, many of the members are extremely rude. Large groups of five or more people will come in and hog a bench press machine, doing one rep and then three or more other exercises around, but not involving, the machine just to make sure no one steps in and takes it. You want to say something while you're waiting around for a half hour, but you don't have the heart to tell them that they're using the machine backwards.
Fourthly, their own, personal trainers often don't know what they're doing. I stood and watched one trainer attempt to teach someone how to do barbell squats, telling the person that it's a perfectly cool thing to have bent wrists. When the trainee's elbows and wrists started hurting to the point where he was shaking, the trainer just told him to power through it.
Lastly, a lot of the equipment is old and needs to be replaced. I've been to much smaller gyms that have had equipment that was more in date. The elliptical machines, especially, leave a lot to be desired.
All-in-all, you get what you pay for. Sure, membership is dirt cheap, and if you like incompetence, stupid rules, bad equipment, rude people, and waiting, then I guess it's a pretty good deal. Honestly, though, I would much rather pay $50/month to know that I can go to my gym when I want to and get a good workout without being rushed and without worrying about getting fined because of idiocy.response / report this review -

Blond female employee princess at the front desk is too good to talk to and help customers. Don't ask her a question, princess will bite your head off. Seriously EOS needs to get rid of employees that can not interact with customers. Go to a gym that will at least have employees that don't give you attitude. Maybe I can overlook constantly broken equipment, but I sure won't take crap from princess

I was fairly disappointed with this gym, VERY old, VERY dirty, and the staff were not enthusiastic at all. I went on a 7 day pass, went at 5AM, 3 PM, and 8PM. 5AM was a good crowd but the gym was dirty, dusty, and weights were scattered everywhere. 3P and 8P were so busy we could barely workout, no squat racks were available, guys were arguing over who was next in line for a flat bench pressand the staff was hanging out by the front desk watching gym fail videos on a phone, laughing! I asked for a manager but none were on duty at 445PM. So I left and did not return.

This place is a complete scam. Signed up to try the gym out due to the lower monthly price compared to Mountainside where I am currently a member and will now never consider EOS in the future. I signed up around august or September of 2016 and they told me the gym was opening in about a month and that the introductory rates were about to go up (what a joke). I told them I would try it out if they gave me a money back guarantee which they were reluctant to do, but the manager came out with a printed form which they clearly offer on a semi-regular basis. Signed the papers but didn't really read a lot about it. Figured it was standard stuff as the sleazy salesman suggested that it was. I went to the gym one time to try it out and it was PACKED. Like unusable packed. Decided I would cancel within 30 days. Called the gym to cancel and they said they don't handle it at the gym level so I needed to call their 3rd party billing company. Already uneasy about it, i agreed to do so. I call the number he gives me and it is just ad, after ad, after ad. I listen to about 4 and then hang up. What a scam. Filed a dispute on my credit card and got the refund. BUT WAIT! Less than a month later I get a call from ABC Financial who is the sleazy gym's even sleazier billing company. They tell me I owe them $59 (because they apparently decide to charge their yearly upkeep fee after the first 30 days. How convenient). I said I'm not paying you, I've already attempted to cancel and I have a 30 day money back guarantee. She basically says she doesn't care and I need to give a 30 day cancellation in writing and am still responsible for monthly charges until 30 days from when I cancel. It's not that I don't have the $60 or $70 to pay, which many people who go to this gym may not since they advertise the cheapest memberships in town. It's the principle that this company is a bunch of shady businessmen and I'm not paying them for trying to strong arm me. Should know better about these kinds of gyms by now after my experience with another valley gym about 10 years ago. I'll be happy to get an attorney if this is not rectified asap. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER SIGNING UP FOR THIS GYM WITHOUT THOROUGHLY READING THEIR CONTRACT AND UNDERSTANDING THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Didn't choose this gym but only for the fact that it seems more geared towards body building and im trying to back into going so it was a little intimidating. But friendly staff, the place is nice. Seemingly quite a few options.

Child care staff is amazing and my kids love them. Brian is absolutely the best. He gives you the confidence you need to succeed. Love how they do not pressure you or treat you like you don't matter. So far I have not crossed paths with any rude employees. I love this place. I am pretty sure all of the 1 star ratings are by people with outrageous expectations.
