Nice staff & Doctors .
But cost is out of the world I had 3 visits last year which totaled 30k all 3 visits totaled 4 hours even my insurance company was shocked ..
It is a great place but it seems people who run and over see the facility need to be looked into for over charging for visits bec this is insane .

this happened last week .at er .i have sent it to apropriate adm.no response yet .i will wat it tuesday of next week.2-12-18.never again will i take a fam member there.

Tuesday dec 9th 2018.my mother Ella Hyden was there by ambulance.she is 93 an in poor health .her reason for her visit was very higb blood pressure an ik they are very busy ,no excuse for the treatment she recieved,she laid hr's until they treated her for it.ive never seen less compassion or care in my life that she recieved that night.this could have bn fatal for her.finally she got meds to help with her bp.there was a i guess male nurse there that was very cruel.wen one asked why i needed them once again after i hit the bell wte to get attention i said she is 93 very sick an has laid for hr's yr employee named trevor howard was very mean .he said well theres other sick ppl here besides her an let me know loudly that she is not the only one.i did lose my temper an said excuse me we had a few wrd's an he still did his rant even bk to the nurses station.better be glad my mom is ok.this problem need's to be dealt with.i expect he be reprimended.an i do need someone from there to contact me .ty for yr time.

another Eric C Conn of medicine but this time his name is charles hardin the new hospitalist. He bullies the emergency room physicians(thru his authority to do so from administration ) to admit everybody with sepsis or chest pain. Then after you are admitted to him he make up the necessary documentation to support admission and increase revenue for the hospital. he will get caught like Eric C Conn did. Just wait.

stay away from this hospital. they admitted me to their hospitalist but he is not available to see his patients. The nurse told me they nick name him as dr unavailable. his patients go downhill and he never attends to them just by phone if the nurse can get hold of him. I was lucky to escape from that place alive. He pushes drugs to keep everybody sedated and calm.

this hospital does tests and dont even wait to get ur results back before they release you. they lie and say everything came back good. the nurses are RUDE and lazy. the doctors are a JOKE. they think pain pills are the answer to everything. this is only a hospital druggies go to to get there fix and sadly the doctors go right along. if your seriously sick DONT go here because they wont help.

I went in complaining of right wrist and hand pain with swelling. I thought my knuckle was broke and so did the nurse. The wait time was only 20 minutes. Within 15 minutes, the radiogoly tech was in to do the xray and within 20 minutes the doctor had read it. The nurse came in, gave me my release instructions for a severe sprain. Very quick. Thank you.

I can't really complain about the service or care but the prices are out of this world high. They are the second highest in the nation. Go somewhere else if possible.

I went to Paul B Hall's ER last october 2 2014 with severe chest pains, shortness of breath, the pain was goin down both arms and up into my neck and into my jaws. I couldnt hardly talk..i could barely walk..they done there half assed tests and sent me home with stomach meds and told me i had stomach problems..so I went home in pain, them treating me like a person on drugs..And the pain kept getting worse.. So I took off and went to Highlands Regional Med Center they told me after being there 20 minutes that I had a heart attack and admitted me into the ICU..they had done a heart cath and found out that I was 100% blockedThat was why I had the heart attack and told me I couldve died..Well needless to say after 4 stints and a really good heart doc later Im finally ok..but I couldve died if i had of listen to Paul B Hall regional med center 's Doctors..I have never been treated so badly by a doctor in my life.. Ive never been considered a druggy before either..Its sad that they treat everyone like that ..I will NEVER go there again and everyone I know Ive told them about this..So thay can make up there own mind..If thay should go or not..I know I'll never set foot in that hospital again if I'm dieing take me to highlands..
