Very disappointed. I know its the holidays and they are busy, but 2 hours in the waiting room for a possible stroke. And the noise of the construction is extremely bad! No one can even hear their name. Its enough to send someone over the edge of an already bad stressful situation.

Had an 12:30 appointment in imaging services. It is now 2:00 and very little activity in Dept.. Wonder way they do not relay the reason for delay. To the patients. Very disappointed, time is very important to all.

This place runs about 2 hours behind. Very disrespectful to the patient. Shout out to the pain management clinic. They strive to be only 2 hours behind. If you have another choice of providers, find a better option.

Waited 3 an 1/2 hours to be seen for a cold i will never go back there. #pissed

I ve had a couple of scrapes with Audubon Hospital but I can't complain because they saved my life. Had it not been for Audubon and their doctors I would be dead but they pulled me out of my traumatic situation. I go there when ever I have a medical problem and they are good with me and they all know. Me by my. First name..

My Mom was taken great care of here i recommend this hospital for all your needs doctors nurses give round the clock info and monitor your loved ones unlike anything i have ever known my mother came for heart bypass and they made us vary comfortable during the time we had to stay and did not want to leave her side.This hospital is honestly has one of the best staff accommodating workforce i have evern seen thank you guys for all that you do and are willing to do for your patients and their families 10/10 👍

My son and I were in a car accident where we were hit by a semi truck. The staff left us waiting, covered in glass, in pain and bleeding in the emergency room for three hours. With a child! Who was hurt in an auto accident!!! Staff was unhelpful, uncaring and unconcerned for patient's welfare. This is the worst hospital I've ever been to. I'll never come back here for treatment. Don't come here. If it's life threatening you'll probably be left to die.

Audubon Hospital,
Why would you check into the ER through a security guard and not a trained medical professional? Why would three out of four intake personnel eat lunch in front of everyone in the waiting area? I moved a garbage can to another wall because it was right up against the chair I was sitting in; out of the way. No one cared but one intake lady who treated me like a three year old. I left and suffered through the night and went to Suburban's ER the next morning which was a totally different experience. (Amen Suburban staff!)
Audubon hospital you have a long way to go to even reach mediocre.
Oh had a nasty viral and intestinal infection Not fun.response / report this review -

We arrived at our appointed time of 8:30 am very weak and ready to get this test done. After over two hours of waiting, I was told that the doctor didn't even arrive until 9:00 and we were sixth on the list. There are four doctors using two bays. Even in a miraculous world, we would not need to arrive until 9:30 or 10:00. As of this writing, we are still waiting. This is beyond infuriating!

I've been there many times in the past then my parents, myself also. With the various stages of staff they have been there to assist. Esther so nice In waiting room long wait.

On the six in April I was admitted to Norton Audubon Hospital. Seven Counties gave me some medicine that made me hallucinate and everything else. They were very polite to my understanding, I don't remember hardly anything due to the fact there was times I didn't know where I was at. They treated me with a high the most courtesy and polite and manners that any staffs I have ever seen. I would recommend anybody that is on Facebook Twitter Google if you're living in the Louisville Kentucky area. This is the hospital I would recommend

Let me tell you about my experience, i should have read the reviews before I got here. I was brought here by ambulance i say around 1200 i have been left in the hallway of the emergency room by the desk for almost 12 hours now, i told the lady at the desk to put in the system do not ever bring me hear again, i am the only black person sitting outside of all the rooms while everybody else in a room looking at me. 4/04/2017
