HRMC needed CEO like Deborah Trimble in Paul B Hall Regional Medical Center. Deborah Trimble only hands ER Contract to ER physician staffing companies who are willing to make up reasons to admit anybody comes to the emergency room. Also she hired a hospitalist (Dr Charles E Hardin) who is very good and always can make any patient comes thru the emergency room meet admission criteria by making up findings that are not there. That is why Paul B Hall Regional Medical Hospital is a very profitable hospital.

The only time I've stayed in this hospital was for a surgery, my dr was excellent, the staff was great but the hospital was dirty. I was afraid of catching something, in which I did, I caught staff, which wasn't bad since my procedure was small. But I should have ne ER been exposed to mrsa.

Quite possibly the worst hospital on earth. They ran unnecessary tests on my mother after I told them not to, twice. I hold power-of-attorney, and told them specifically not to do ANY tests without consulting me (unless it was an emergency, of course). All they want is to make more money. I'll be consulting an attorney.

The hospital leadership has and EGO problem preventing them from making progress. A lot of hype and misinformation being marketed to mis-lead patients and public. One star is an over-rating for this place.

My mother was admitted and placed in CCU she was given a blood transfusion in which they missed her port and put blood into her skin. Then she was having bladder spams in which caused her bottom to get scolded and skin peel. There were two nurses that was a blessing Geri and Bethany those two treated my mother like pure gold and are angels. One nurse aide that also treated her very good I'm not sure what her name is. But there were other nurses in there that are just rude I know they have a job to do I understand that but there job is also to show care and concern.

If I could have given less than 1 star, I would have. A basketball player on my husband's team was severely injured and we took him to the ER at Highlands. After an hour and 45 minutes with no help, we had to take him elsewhere. The staff was not helpful and actually pretty rude. Terrible experience!
