Poor ER Doctors. I almost lost all function in my hand due to incompetence. I was the only one in the waiting area for an hour with a crushed wrist while the check in nurse talked on her cell phone. Then when I finally got a bed I waited another 45 min. While the ER Doctor laughed and told jokes at the nurses station. When he finally got around to me he had zero bedside manner. He treated me like I was inconveniencing him.. He was wrong on how to "set" my wrist. He Used no pain meds. Yet when I got my discharge paper work I was charged for 4 things I never received. When I got to the Doctors office the next day. She was appalled at the way the Doctor set my wrist and how he used nothing for pain while doing it. Three surgeries later I still have limited mobility and my fingers are numb. She let the hospital administration know what happened. And the way ER Doctor set my wrist.

I was seen by a doctor after two hours for five seconds and he sent me packing. Said Blood was normal and I feel like I’m dying two days later still.

My family physician is in the network so I get referred here for Radiology, which I've had nothing but good experiences there, but I've accompanied family here to the ER and some hospital stays and fundamental things like communication seems pretty appalling. Different people coming in asking the same questions over and over BEFORE you're admitted doesn't give you a sense of assurance. I witnessed the staff having to look 6 times, yes 6, to find a portable med pole that would hold a charge between my room and Radiology. If I have a choice I go elsewhere.

After being treated so well the first time, I went back for more care with several of their drs and surgeons. I have always been treated with care, efficiency, courtesy, and very knowledgeable personnel in each field, including cleaning staff. Appreciate their attitude of service. They seem to keep up with the latest in their fields.

2 times i made an appointment and turned them away. The first time was with their local hematologist for my CML leukemia. I was there and filling out paperwork when a nurse got snotty with me. So i walked out. The second time which was today i was escorted out by security. I had an appointment and they wouldnt see me because i would not piss in a cup. I wasnt going down there for anything that involved being wrote a script for a controlled substance. I enjoy my privacy and i am supposed to live in a free country where i can choose whether or not to allow them to invade my privacy. I chose not and they turned me awayin the point of my life were i needed help the most.even more so than the cancer. Sad we live in a society where you can and will be denied HELP because you choose not to allow them to pry into your privacy. I am so upset at this time with no relief in sight.
