It doesn't matter how many doctors are on staff you will still be waiting at least an hour just to get put in a room. Their receptionist are rude and hateful, they overbook appointments and are no help. Took 2 hours of being in the office before seeing the doctor. The doctors sat at their desk outside our room talking sports instead of seeing patients.

Wait time is AWFUL! What good is an appointment time of 8 am when you wait over hour and a half to be seen by the doctor! Time was taken off work for this appointment and when you wait this long I feel it is very rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate of others time!

I had an appt with Dr Beliveau when I tore the tendons in one of my fingers. The office was overcrowded, and disorganized. When I was called in, I was first seen by his nurse, who was very good. However, in the 2 min that the Dr actually was with me, he acted like he couldn't care less. On the second visit, I did not see him. The last visit, I was told, by a nurse that "some medical books say to wear the splint for 6 weeks at night, and some say 8 weeks. Do what ever you feel comfortable with, no follow up needed." So, I was dropped like a hot potato. The finger is back to where it was, only this time with a big knot of scar tissue.
