In my opinion it's the best out of all three locations helpful, respectful, and treat you in a way that makes you happy to come back for your automotive needs again that's just my opinion, and experience hope you have the same experience that I HAD WITH MY VISIT, I DROVE 40 MINUTES , CAUSE I FELT very comfortable

So I went to get a set of six fuel injectors at this place. The employees were rude, the selection was terrible, and they tried to charge me 10 dollars and some change a piece totaling 63.50. I can get a brand new set shipped to my door with a 30 day warranty for 54 dollars. This place is an absolute ripoff.

Called looking for a part, just told me yes they had the vehicle, couldn't bring up the engine info, and wouldn't go check. Not driving that distance for a gamble.

The only gripe I have right now is the fact that this location closes at 600 pm as stated on their website, but they actually close entry to the yard at 530 pm. That's not an unreasonable policy, however, I could not find any easily showcased closed yard time on their website. I also called looking for a car model, and they never gave the courtesy of saying the yard will be closing in 30 mins, just as a heads up. I drove around 30 miles to get to this location only to arrive at a closed door, with the only visible sign for closing time on the door itself. I asked the receptionist at counter about closing time, and he immediately acted rude and condescending. It was completely unnecessary. I have no problem with the policy, but it would be a good idea to have yard closing time visible on site and if someone calls within the hour, a heads up. Also when a customer ask an honest question, it would be great not to get berated by an employee.

Disappointing. I called and told the guy I was looking for a part for a 2006 F150. He said "You'll have to go out and look. We don't inventory the vehicles, but we have a lot of F150's" I go there, pay the admission fee and can't find one F150 that was 2006 or newer. I haven't needed to go to a junkyard in a long time and this was the 1st place I had been too that charged you to enter. What a waste of my time, and money. Will not go back.
