I got 6 HID bulbs installed, took a little longer than expected but it was also more complicated than expected also. They did throw in free installation and about $50.00 worth of parts that they realized they needed. At the end of the day I’m happy with the work and would be more than willing to give them by business again.

I did a web search for remote starters in my area, read the reviews for this place and brought it in anyway ;) One of the negative reviews said that they didn’t feel safe in the store or they feared for their their safety- that was one of my favorites!!!
I called and got an appointment for a remote starter for my Silverado. Droped the car off, they called me when it was ready, and picked it up. very clean, neat service. I would recommend!

I had a remote starter installed in my 2006 Torrent last year and it is still working great. Last week, I brought my 2012 Ram 2500 Truck in to have a brake controlled put in. I had called to set up the appointment, dropped the truck off, called again to tell them where I would like the controller placed in the vehicle because I forgot to tell them the first time, then called again to see if they could look at my bumper lights, and went back to pick up and pay for the truck. Even though I felt like I was being annoying by having to call because I forgot to say things, they were very nice and respectful. Everything works just as it should and I would highly recommend them.

Based on other people's reviews, I would like to say that I work in customer service so I know from first hand experience how people will be extremely rude and belittling to the person trying to do their job and if you say one wrong thing, they right negative reviews. I try to say things how it is for other people and not read to much into other peoples post as we are all guilty of saying things out of anger (stretching the truth/exaggerating).

TERRIBLE I would feel more comfortable working with someone I met on Craig's List. Some of the worst customer service you could imagine, completely unprofessional to the point that I didn't feel safe in the store. You want a nightmare- go here.

Worst customer service ever!!! Manager was talking over me, flicked me off, everything you can imagine! When I started getting mad he told me he is putting the footage of me on YouTube so everyone can laugh at me!! AWFUL!!!!

I purchased 2-two way remote car starter. Received 1-two way and 1-one way. I was never told I wasn't getting 2-two ways. I paid $400!!!!! Yes $400 for the starter! The one-ways are only $250. He can't figure out why I am upset! I didn't get what I ordered! I even pointed to the poster on the wall and he said well that's super outdated and they used to have 2-two ways in the set but they changed that. Uhhhhhh well I wasn't told that because that's the model number I ordered (and he even admitted to that)! I paid $150 extra for ONE- two way remote!!!! I ordered two! I asked for a discount and he laughed at me! Awful! I would give 0 stars if I could

Worst experience ever. Brought truck in for remote car starter and never has worked correctly. Went in and tech admitted it was hooked up wrong but stayed it was fixed now.

Now does not work at all and when I called to get it either fixed or my money refunded I was screamed at and cussed at the whole time then hung up on multiple times.

Do not go to to this place unless you want to make multiple trips back and then get cussed at when you get sick of goubf back and forth all the time

These people are the absolute most disrespectful sad excuse for a business that I have ever come across. You sink hundreds of dollars into your car, you expect it to function. It did not. So, you would think the owner would be apologetic, but that is the furthest from the case. Instead, him and that receptionist thing blamed me for ruining the product. Yelling at me, and speaking over me.
I work at a financial institution, and this place will be out of business soon! And thank God.

Had a remote starter installed on my 1995 Jimmy several years ago. Worked great! Never had a problem. Last year I bought a 2006 Grand Cherokee, (which apparently someone had an issue with according to an earlier review), and for Christmas decided on another remote starter. We also opted for the groupon special, and were told that scheduling for that was into January. Not thrilled, but personally that make sense to me. Full price? Quicker scheduling. So January it was. It is now December and I have never once had an issue with my starter. I love it. I am currently looking into giving a starter to my daughter for Christmas for her 2005 Pontiac Vibe and saw some of the negative reviews and thought I would add my two cents.
Don't get me wrong, I truly feel bad for those that have had a bad experience. It is very frustrating when things don't work, especially your vehicle as so much of your life is dictated by being able to drive. So I truly feel for those that get stranded or have serious problems. But I just wanted to add my experience to the mix. We have had two remote starters installed by them, and both work perfectly.
