Spend a lot of time as the Parker Marine in the summer. Great place to keep a boat. Convenient and the owners run a great operation there. Most other boaters are curtious and thoughtful. Got a loser this year. Leaves his boat cover and towel on the dock. Otherwise after a number of years it's worked out.

I have been using Parker for dock space, winter storage and boat repair for years, I even purchased a preowned boat there around 2001. I have a private slip now but still use them for winter storage and repairs. To me the most important thing in any business is t they do what they say when they say. It has been close to 15 years now and never have I had an issue.

I called looking for pretty basic information about one of their used boats for sale, such as the number of hours on the motor and further explanation of what 'many extras' meant in the listing. The woman I spoke to had none of the information, told me she would find out and call me back. After a week went by with no return call, I called again and got the same woman. She had none of the answers, again told me she would get them and call me back. No call back was ever received. Terrible customer service.
