I was double charged for labor costs.

I was told that reservations (for a trailer hitch and wiring installation) didn't mean that it would be installed that day. It took three reservations to actually get the part to the store, and even then, the installer who was trained in brake installations wasn't working that day, so it couldn't be installed them.

My favorite quote of the day:

"If you made a reservation at a restaurant, you wouldn't expect to have a table ready when you got there."

Actually, I would. Apparently the corporate office called him and straightened it out after I complained in facebook, so hopefully that won't happen again.

Quick and easy, staff were very professional and helpful. Would definitely use them again, we were in and out in fewer than five minutes both when renting a truck and returning it.

They have conveniently located storage units, if a bit pricey. Things up here are so expensive compared to Texas. Helpful staff, good security.

My client was promised a 15ft. truck at a non-profit rate. Upon arrival, the received a 10ft. truck at the same rate the 15 would have been. They haven't returned neither her calls nor mine. I will be telling my future fundraisers to go anywhere but here.

Had a trailer hitch and trailer wiring installed. When I got home the power lead for the trailer wiring from the battery to the connector at the rear of the vehicle was not secured at all and ran thru the frame of the car resulting in a the wire dragging along the road. I had to crawl under the car and add some tie raps to secure the wire.

Had a decent experience at this U-Haul. Picking up the truck was smooth and staff was great. But the return was not as smooth. One side of the undercover return area was full. I pulled up to the other side. Once the guy came out a few minutes later, he asked me to back up the truck and move it over. I think he should have check me in where I was already. He also had to deal with a woman in the garage area, possible an employee though I'm not sure, that was yelling on the phone to some friend or family member. Still giving a decent rating though as overall it was OK.
