After living more than 3 years , I request them to replace Dishwasher and Air conditioner as both weren't working properly and moreover AC is like 10 years old model without any remote. Very difficult to turn it on as everytime we need to stand on something but management doesn't care and simply said it's working. Why would I complain then?? Every year they are increasing rent and charge $300 extra for pool, which stays closed whenever we go there. Very poor management, high rent. once you get stuck here, you will regret. Please avoid this place and save your money and peace.

Management is difficult, if something needs to be fixed that good luck. I will not recommend these apartments or town houses.

The condos are nice. The neighborhood is safe. The pool, although once problematic, is now pristine.

Why 1 star? The committee. Good lord, I have never in my life met a group of old divorcees so joyless and litigious.

If they're on the committee, they act like they own the place, and own you as well. They'll scold your children for being children. They bring wine and food down to the pool (against the rules) yet will openly harass parents with children for "splashing too much" or "being loud". One of them ran over an Indian child's bicycle that was on the curb, and then laughed when the childs parents asked her to pay for the damages. They make strict rules and then allow themselves to break them, while reporting anyone else who does the same.

They're especially racist against the Indian community there, saying things like "I don't have anything against Indians but there are so many of them!" and "I feel like we're being taken over!" and "I just wish I didn't have to see so many damn Indian kids running around here".

One lady, who I will refrain from naming, takes a sadistic glee in unofficially inspecting the condos, looking for reasons to report neighbors she doesn't like to the Board for minor infractions. Things like your driveway or your gutters not being up to code. Or a messy back yard. Or snooping in windows to make sure you aren't hiding any pets. She is retired and literally does this for her own catharsis and amusement.

Avoid this place like the plague. It's not worth it.

This is a beautiful apartment, and priced extremely fair. Other apartments in concord are about as much, and heat is not included. The building is SAFE, and QUIET. We have lived here for 6 months and could not be happier. All of the staff are extremely friendly, as are all of the other tenants. I would HIGHLY recommend this place!!
