  Jim Barry has a vast knowledge of real estate and offers real life examples to class. Always entertaining, Jim goes the extra mile to prepare you for becoming a real estate agent. I found it best when I took the class to read the chapters before the module I was going to take so I could reinforce what I'd read and ask as much as I could during class to expand my understanding of the topic. Great program!
