Great hotel. The room is big and confortable. Good amenities, specially the pool, jacuzzi and gym. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Park City.
Always love coming here. The catering does a great job and the hotel creates such a unique fun atmosphere outside in their heated enclosed patio. We always get our room right off the pool, connected to the courtyard which is fun for the kids. However it would be nice if their pool/hot tub were open past 9:00, maybe even til 10:00 for adults. Would give it 5 stars but my only complaint about the rooms, was that the beds we're so hard we had some back pain that lingered for 2 days after our stay. :-/ they have a fun hangout room for kids/teens with video games, entertained our nieces for hours! They do a great buffet breakfast and omelettes in their restaurant, in the past we have gone out to eat, but this was just as good as our usual breakfast spot. Well worth trying.
The Hotel was awesome, very enjoyable and the staff was great. The only downside is the pool and hot tub are only open till 9. By the time we had our work Christmas Party there was only about an hour to swim. It would be nice if the pool was open, at least to adults till 10 or even 11 or 12.
Overall a great Hotel. However, people said in the reviews how comfortable the beds are- not for me! But to each his own. Very nice indoor pool and hot tub but it closed at 9 pm. They literally kicked tons of people out and shut it down even though our room connected to it. Not cool. Parking was convient and the buffet breakfast was good but not free. Rooms were clean and kids loved the game room!
We were here for a short conference on October 13th. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We had heard about walking trails nearby and asked the staff their location. One of the staff walked us out to the back, passing by the outdoor fire pit area. While there we were able to get a marvelous hot chocolate and they did have the makings for smores! We were shown where to access the walking path, Poison Creek Trail, and headed to Main Street. We were accompanied by a local woman, Mandy and her daughter, Billy, who were walking in the same direction we were. She gave us a short history of the things going on in Park City. Friendly people all the way around. Later in the evening we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna. Thank you Marriott for a wonderful experience.
It's hard to find a better location than Park City to get away to. And the PC Marriott masterfully captures the vibe of this mountain resort town while providing all of amenities one would expect from a high end, full service Marriott. Although I only live 45 minutes away, this is my go to escape hotel and I'd recommend it to anybody traveling to Utah.
The staff was incredibly helpful. They had a great fire pit area and handed us stuff to make smores as soon as we walked in. The pool and hot tub area was great. They bumped us to a corner suite at no extra charge and let us do late check-out. They had games up play it in the lobby area that were fun. Really a great experience all around.
Very clean, nice rooms. I thought the bed was uncomfortable, but my husband liked it. 3 stars because they don't have a bar/restaurant open in the afternoon, you have to wait until 4pm or order room service, neither of which was appealing. We ended up going to a nearby restaurant that was open all afternoon. Also 3 stars because their hot tub is in this weird little hole in the wall near the pool and it's just extremely awkward to be in there with anyone you don't know. Overall, I'll definitely try to stay on the main street if we ever come back to Park City.
Great location to get to different sightseeing excusions. Clean rooms and polite staff. My keys didn't work on my first day back from activities and the immediately sent someone up to let me into my room (after checking my ID) and then came back within 10 minutes my new keys.
Great service! Justin was one of the most helpful people. The whole staff stood out with their services and kindness. Yes, we went here in our honeymoon! And I would recommend it to anyone.
Where to start The walls are paper thin and we could hear people upstairs, behind us, and in front of us all night (and even now in the morning) in the rooms. Also, not sure what they clean their rooms with but I am slightly allergic to it. I can smell it and my throat hurts right now. And lastly, the pillows release some kind of "dust" particle that would get in my eyes. This happened multiple times. I know, weird huh. Won't be back. Sorry Marriott Had to put a towel under a connecting single door because of all the noise coming from next door. (see pic)
We have mixed feelings for this Marriott. The place is nice. There is an indoor pool and hit tub although a but small. The have a shuttle to 2 ski resorts and park city main st. They were also prompt and nice with service. However we didn't sleep well. The beds were uncomfortable so i tossed and turned a lot. One morning a few people decided to use the pool at 4am and be really loud which woke us up and they were out there til 6:30. We changed rooms and that one had a loud clicking sound in the wall that might have been water drops. It was quite annoying for sleeping. They did have free wifi but of course no free breakfast because Marriott doesn't do that. They were a little more than stone other options so i would try somewhere else next time.
My only complaint is that the rooms are not very large and quite expensive. That being said, I believe they do an excellent job at making up for it with the amenities available within the hotel. Great pool! Great lobby! And my kids loved the game room.
