Best hotel stay I've had in a while! The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the free wifi was better than expected. The breakfast was pretty standard for hotels of this quality, with fresh waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, bagels, and more. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

I got a room on the 4th floor with a beautiful view of the mountains. The room was perfectly made. The breakfast really put my day off to a good start. I've never been more pleased staying anywhere but home. I hope I get the chance to stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Good coffee; the breakfast choices were good! The food was well taken care of and tasty. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The bathroom was the best I have seen in this price range; towels and bathroom condements were arranged exquisitely. Also the staff appeared to work well with each other while serving guest's.

Rooms were very clean, no odd smells. No apparent wear. We traveled late from Phoenix, arriving at almost 2:00AM. They had the room type we requested ready. In the morning, breakfast was from 7-10, which seems like later than most keep it available, which was great. Especially nice was the woman assisting in the buffet. She took time to help my daughter make perfect waffles. Then assisted my brother in law and his daughter, who speak almost no English. Fantastic service. To make it even better, I asked for a little extra time to get cleared out. They let us sleep in 2 extra hours past standard check out.

The service & value are 5 stars, the price is 2-3 stars. We will definitely return & we highly recommend it here. Thanks Gaby for going the extra mile in helping us get to the futsal tournament & restaurants on time & with ease. Great pool & hot tub. Nice outdoor sitting area. Clean rooms. Comfy bed & different types of pillows. Good continental breakfast with hot, cold & fresh options. Also a great view of the mountains.

Arriving after midnight, I had no experience with the pool, restaurant, or other amenities. But the workers were friendly and professional, even late at night. The room was clean and comfortable. And the moon check-out meant I didn't have to hurry when I awoke the next morning. Staying at the Hampton Inn was a good experience that I would happily repeat.

I stayed here for couple of weeks and this was probably one of the best experience so far. I got to meet their staff Linda, Sarah, George, Gabby (I am sure i am missing few names here) and everyone was absolutely brilliant. The General Manager "Rebecca" is certainly doing a great job and has great management and customer service skills. Her staff speaks very well about her. Could not be more happier with my stay. I wish i could give more than 5 stars.
