Terrific place to stay, but if you have more than 1 car, parking is $15 per day! (We like to stay here for family gatherings, so we bring more than one car.)
The room was stuck at 80 degrees the whole time we were there. The best they could tell us was "open the window," but that didn't work because we had someone sleeping right under the window on the pull out. Apparently they turn off the AC in all their buildings during winter, which would make more sense if they stayed a comfortable temperature. But they don't. Our associates in other rooms had the same problem.
Very convenient location to stay at when you go to park city for short vacation. plenty of parking spaces outside and very easy to find or get around. i recommend that you try this place out on your next trip. price was okay for the area.
We love summit watch! The rooms are very nice, the staff is accommodating, it is near many attractions in park city, and they have lots to do right at the resort. Wonderful stay!
The room and amenities were great. They let our bachelor party drink at the pool without harassing us, and our 2 room suite easily fit all 7 of us. Only complaint is that house keeping bugged us every 30 minutes from 9-10:30 trying to make us leave the day we checked out, despite checkout time not being till 11.
My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa in the "Wasatch" building of the hotel. While we didn't have an awesome view, it was quiet and an end unit so we had more windows and natural light. The suite itself is great! It's about the size of a standard one bedroom apartment. Pretty spacious, great amenities. The staff is polite and helpful as well. The location of the hotel is prime! Literally ON Main Street. Bar hopping and restaurants at your finger tips. This hotel is well worth the cost. We will absolutely be staying here again.
Nice place to stay with parking and lots of amenities. The staff was friendly but I hate how they always want to rope you into a timeshare pitch. They had fun family activities available every day and they had good coupons to nearby restaurants. Rooms are clean and nice.
Very cute place. Only went to the Tapas restaurant there. It was delish and had a great wine menu. The restaurant was small but they take reservations so it wasn't a problem getting in.
So far our stay has been great. The room is large and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The location is great to get to anything you want to in park city
The location is the best! There aren't many other hotels in the historic downtown area. Our room is very spaces and very nicely decorated. We have a wonderful huge bathtub.
The room we were in was nicely furnished and quite clean. There was plenty of space and the bathrooms were quite large. The view from our room was nice. You're also right in the heart of park city's main street so there is a ton of things to do and see all within walking distance.
I've stayed at lesser places and received better service. I paid a pretty stout rate for a week and the only thing I asked for was a checkout that was 1:45 past normal check out. This would have, logistically, made my exit from Park City smooth. They denied it, while making it clear I was just a hotel guest, not one of their condo homeowners. My departure was complicated due to this but I tried making the best out of it. When I completed the survey, I asked to be contacted and nobody contacted me. Not a huge surprise, but that's why I'm giving a one star. Won't stay here again - there are other places to stay that will provide a higher level of service and care.
